Morning activities:
Pick up you at your hotel and transfer to the port. Con Son Bay – Con Dao is a system of 16 islands, large and small, along with beautiful pristine beaches and marine ecological reserves with coral reefs by snorkeling. Stop near Bay Canh Island.
Bay Canh Island is the large second of the 16 islands belonging to the Con Dao archipelago. Located to the east of Con Son Island, the area is 683 hectares, including two parts of the island connected by dunes in the middle called Big sand Beach. Bay Canh Island is like a green line in the middle of the vast sky and sea of Con Dao, the whole island is covered with rainforest. And then continue to go to Bay Canh Island. Afternoon activities:
Savour lunch at the beach. Big sand is the site with the highest number of turtles laying eggs out of the total 14 spawning grounds of Con Dao and also the largest in Vietnam. Each year hundreds of mother turtles come here to lay their eggs. The peak of the breeding season ranges from April to September each year, up to 20-30 mother turtles can be landed ashore each day to nest and lay eggs.
You can also visit the unique flora and fauna in the mangrove. The mangrove ecosystem was formed on the base of sand and dead corals in the area of Bo Dap. Currently, its area is about 5.1 ha.
Conquer the lighthouse so that you can gain a view of the whole sea surrounding the island as well as Con Dao.. Get back to the mainland. End the Snorkeling Con Dao tour!
