Evening is free time to spend your own leisure or discover the busiest city of Vietnam known as unsleep city. Overnight in HCM.

Morning activities:

Travel out of Ho Chi Minh city to Mekong Delta in Cai Be by transport. You board your comfortable river cruiser in Cai Be and spend the night on a cruise in the Mekong Delta. Have a welcome drink when you get on board and check in the cozy cabin. Have lunch on board while the boat starts its cruising. Here is the chance to watch the fantastic scenery and the daily life of the Mekong Delta people along the rivers.

Afternoon activities:

Afternoon is the time for strolling through a village and visiting fruit orchards or rice fields for more experience. Meet local friendly people, taste their local products such as fruits, etc.

Get back on the cruise and have a drink at the bar, relax on deck and enjoy the sun sets over the magnificent water landscapes of Mekong River.

Evening activities:

You have dinner on board. The rest of the time you chill out the tranquil atmosphere while staying on cruise and anchor on the Mekong River. It will be a great experience in your Vietnam journey. Overnight on cruise

Morning activities:

Wake up early and listen to the sound of the river. Today is another exciting time of sightseeing in the Mekong Delta. Enjoy the sunrise over the Mekong River on cruise. Watch local people go about their daily work such as drying exotic fruits, building ships on the wooden yards, etc while you enjoy the early breakfast.

Next you will be on a sampan boat to visit Cai Rang floating market – the busiest region and lively market in Mekong Delta now. Marvel at the sheer abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and skilfully handcrafted regional products. We will pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining with the merchants. You travel back to Ho Chi Minh by car from Can Tho at noon time.

Afternoon activities:

Our driver will welcome you and transfer you back to Ho Chi Minh city and pass through the beautiful scenery of tropical orchard gardens.

Note: The floating markets in the Mekong Delta are no tourist markets but wholesale markets where produce of the Mekong Delta like fruits and vegetables are traded. For this reason the number of boats on the market fluctuates depending on harvesting seasons and market demand. Furthermore, modern wholesale markets are becoming more popular in Vietnam. This can result in decreasing numbers of boats being present on the markets.

Evening activities:

Have leisure time in the evening to get more enjoyment around Ho Chi Minh City at pubs, bars, wander around streets, Nguyen Hue walking roads, ect. Overnight at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Morning activities:

Today our tour guide will take you a full day to discover Ho Chi Minh city. The city bustles with many sites for visiting and discovering. First visiting is Fito Museum which is the house for traditional medical health care and treatment. Here is the opportunity to discover one of the hidden cultural gems in Ho Chi Minh. It is a special place for “two in one” which offers the best things to discover in Ho Chi Minh for culture and traditional Vietnamese Medicine and Pharmacy.

Next you will visit Saigon Opera House – one of the two top venues in Vietnam (another is Hanoi Opera House) to listen to opera and classical music. It was built in 1897 by the French architect Eugene Ferret. It is the chance for travelers to seek out great photo opportunities as a fine example of French colonial architecture.

Afternoon activities:

Afternoon is the time for more exploration at The Ao Dai Museum in District 9. It was interesting to see the influences of fashion, Eastern and Western, on this traditional form of dress. Then you return to your hotel and visit Bitexco Finance Tower where you can view the panorama of Ho Chi Minh City from the high place.

Optional: You can choose to visit Cu Chi tunnel to discover more about the history of the Vietnam War. You can visit many French styles such as Notre Dame Catholic, The Old Post Office, Ben Thanh market.

Evening activities:

Then you take a flight to Danang and then travel to Hoi An town. Have the first evening free in Hoi An and get the attractive scenes. Overnight at a hotel in Hoi An.

Morning activities:

Leave the hotel with our guide and driver to Cam Thanh village. Today is an exciting day for you to discover the countryside beauties with different handicraft careers, local life. Firstly, you will tour around Cam Thanh village and have the opportunity to pass through rice paddy fields. Continue visiting a local family with a tradition of making fish sauce. Visiting Taboo Bamboo Workshop where local men put their hearts and make many products from bamboo trees, even bicycles. It will be amazing for the coconut characteristic house at the village.

After that you travel to a fishing village to have a basket boat to discover Bay Mau water coconut Palm to get a fanciful experience.

Afternoon activities:

Free in the afternoon to experience around Hoian ancient town or relax on sandy beach An Bang – 5km away from Hoi An town.

Evening activities:

Get more enjoyment around Hoian ancient town, shopping, make tailor, enjoy street foods, etc. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning activities:

Take a stroll in Hoian ancient town to discover its well-preserved ancient houses, ancient streets which are difficult to see in other places in Vietnam, especially very narrow paths through streets. Walk out to discover and visit famous sites such as Japanese Bridge, Chinese Temple, ancient houses, etc. It is ideal to wander through the streets and have street foods for local foods. It ensures a wonderful experience in Hoi An. The balance of time is your free experience for shopping or relaxing on a nice sandy beach.

Note: Hoian ancient town can be visited on foot, bicycle or motorbike. The best way travel is by foot so that you can wander through very narrow path which only 1 person can pass through

Afternoon & evening activities:

Free this afternoon to get more enjoyment and experience around the ancient town. Relax in your own way and taste local foods. Overnight at the hotel.

Optional with extra charge:

+ if you would like to be a local farmer you can have ½ day to Tra Que vegetable village or An My village to experience being a local farmer by grow vegetable, onion, etc

+ Cooking class in Hoi An with 2 options: morning cooking class with go to a local market for buy some ingredients and then cook in half day or only cooking class within 2 hours

Morning activities:

Free time in the morning for more shopping and relaxing on a nice sandy beach. Hoian is famous for its tranquil countryside. You can cycle around villages to get more enjoyment.

Afternoon activities:

After noon, you leave Hoian for Hue city. Travel along the famous coastline of Danang city with many beautiful beaches, stopover at Hai Van pass, coastal fishing village in Lang Co with its stunning lagoon where you can take beautiful photos.

Evening activities:

Free to wander around streets in Hue city to harmony local nightlife, walk through Trang Tien street to feel the romantic scene in Hue and Perfume River, etc

Optional with extra charge:

• Afternoon is your free time and you can make free your own more discover of Hue Imperial city to Citadel or choose one of three famous mausoleums of Minh Mang, Khai Dinh, Tu Duc
• Royal Dinner with a restaurant for experience of Royal dishes and enjoy Hue folk songs

Morning activities:

Travel out the city centre and start your day trip to visit Phuoc Tich ceramic village. It takes around 30 minutes by car to reach the village, enroute is the charm of countryside villages which are untouched by modern facilities, and visit local markets, through bamboo. Arrive in Phuoc Tich village and visit traditional old house, some of house are from 00 to 200 years old, many old temples, pagodas, and discover the ceramic workshop although it is not famous as Bat Trang in the north, its products known as different style, etc. You will be welcomed by friendly local people and take you to see beautiful scenery, amazing house which is a typical Vietnamese family style in Hue. Have lunch with a local family to taste local foods.

Afternoon activities:

After lunch time, you say goodbye the village and travel along countryside and coastline with a scenic route to get more experience and take beautiful photo of Tam Giang lagoon where supplies brackish water sea foods for the whole city, see local people catch fish and seafood on the lagoon. Arrive at Thuan An beach and discover more of Tam Giang Lagoon with sunset photos before going back to Hue city center.

Note:

• You can choose cycling today instead of traveling by car with a distance of around 40 km. Or you have combination of car transfer and then cycling along Tam Giang Lagoon (of course will have extra charge for cycling)
• If you don’t like visit village you can make alternative visit Hue Imperial city with Thien Mu pagoda, Citadel and Mausoleums complex

Evening activities:

Free to wander around streets in Hue city to harmony local nightlife, walk through Trang Tien street to feel the romantic scene in Hue and Perfume River, etc

Morning activities:

The journey brings you to leave Hue along the National Highway to reach Quang Binh which is well known as the kingdom of caves’ system in Vietnam. En route there is more chance to pass through Quang Tri Province which is known as DMZ with Hien Luong Bridge, Museum. Spending around 4.5 hours to reach Quang Binh at noon time.

Afternoon activities:

Afternoon is the time for you to discover the different beauties at the complex Eco system of caves in Phong Nha Ke Bang with Phong Nha cave by boat. Next is Paradise cave with its special beauties. Each brings you a different feeling and admires limestone’s stalagmites.

Evening activities:

Have a free evening to wander and visit around Dong Hoi city center, Nhat Le beach at night to get local life. Overnight at hotel in Quang Binh

Morning activities:

Taking a morning flight to leave Dong Hoi for Hanoi Capital city.

Afternoon activities:

Spend your free time in Hanoi exploring its hidden charms in your own way. Wandering around Hanoi Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake,… to get your own experience in the capital city.

Evening activities:

Free in the evening to wander around Hanoi streets to get local daily life, nightlife in the capital city. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi

Optional tour with extra charge:

Hanoi city tour half day with Temple of Literature, Museums to get more experience and Vietnam history, etc.

Note: If you plan to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, it is closed on Mondays and Fridays and from October to November yearly for maintenance, but you can visit outside the campaign. And Museums in Hanoi city also closed on Mondays

Morning activities:

Tour to Pu Luong nature reserve center. You will pass a range of mountains in the Northern region of Vietnam. With a 4 hours drive, you have the chance to view the stunning mountainous area along with the valleys and rice fields. Arrive in Pu Luong at noon time and start your exploration of the beautiful scene of rice terrace and local villagers’ life. Have lunch at the park.

Afternoon activities:

Afternoon is the time to discover the special suspension bridge to cross Cham River. You can see the unique bamboo water wheels in different sizes. Take a close look at the wheels as it transfers water to handmade bamboo aqueducts and discovers how this system works. Walk down the footpath to walk inside the village and have more discovery of local life.

Evening activities:

Free in the evening and have a chance to interact with minority people and learn more of their culture and life. Homestay at a village in Pu Luong.

Morning activities:

In the morning Pu Luong can always hear the sound of birds, winds and the sights of mountainous areas. Have breakfast with a local family.

Then, it is time to walk on a small path to find a hidden village in the base of the mountain. The local villagers are very friendly. Here is the chance to discover their rich culture, their lifestyle as well as learning about their rice wine and textile weaving.

Afternoon activities:

Leave Pu Luong after lunch and travel to Ninh Binh province and go ahead to Cuc Phuong National Park. Visit the renowned Endangered Primate Rescue Centre to see some of the rarest apes and monkeys in the world and learn about the conservation efforts to save them.

Evening activities:

Evening is your free time to enjoy the nightlife in Cuc Phuong National Park with the sound of wild animals. Overnight at bungalow in Cuc Phuong National Park

Morning activities:

Get up early and enjoy the mountain atmosphere. You travel to the national park center where you walk to visit the 1000 year old tree. This 7km loop trail offers you an opportunity to discover the tropical fauna and flora of the national park.

Leaving the national park and returning to Ninh Binh city where you visit Van Long Nature Reserve to have more discovery of natural beauties on rowing boats. Continue the trip to Kim Son village for more discover traditional handicraft village in Ninh Binh

Afternoon & evening activities:

Travel to Hai Phong and Cat Ba island and spend 3 hours in the car. Take a ferry to Cat Ba Island and spend 1 night on Cat Ba Island and enjoy its nightlife as your own free time.

Morning activities:

Have free time in the morning to get more discovery around Cat Ba Island. Then around 11.00 am you check out the hotel and move to Got Ferry to make a cruise to start visiting Lan Ha Bay.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Continue the trip to the astounding Halong Bay – a UNESCO World Heritage site – a must see destination in your Vietnam journey. Era Cruise offers a wonderful itinerary to Lan Ha Bay. These amazing limestone karst formations rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. This journey will take you to an untouched area, as not many cruise ships use the route via the Cat Ba Island – Thoi Quyt area – Coc Ngoi islet – through Cua Van village to Ba Trai Dao area.

Progress to Ba Trai Dao beach area of Lan Ha Bay- a separate part of Halong Bay. This is a quiet tourist paradise in Vietnam. The region is known for its pristine beaches and spectacular beauty, having about 400 fascinating islands. Unlike the main, Ha Long Bay, the islands of Lan Ha Bay are forested, and most are small in stature.

You may prefer to try your hand at kayaking or simply just enjoy a swim. This is a great experience, immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay, in the Ba Trai Dao area.

Morning activities:

Why not rise early to witness the bay at its very best whilst enjoying an invigorating Tai Chi session on the sundeck; after which we serve light breakfast. Upon completing breakfast continue our journey and head out in canoes to explore the bay in the area where the Sang Toi cave is situated. End your tour at noon time

Afternoon activities:

The driver welcomes you at the ferry and transfers you back to Hanoi city. Check in at the hotel after 2.5 hours in the car and free your own way the rest of time.

Evening activities:

Have more free time in the evening to experience the Hanoi Old Quarter and taste local foods as well as Hanoi nightlife. Overnight in Hanoi
