Vietnam tour for seniors

Morning activities:

You leave Hanoi at 7.00 am on limouse bus and travel to Sa Pa. You spend 4.5 hours on car on highway to reach Sa Pa town.

You arrive in Sapa town at noon time, our guide welcomes you and take you to local restaurant for having lunch, check in hotel afterward.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Make half first day trekking in Sapa. First you will trek to Cat Cat village of 3km from Sapa town, up and down hill to have some fun in the beautiful rice fields, Hidro – electric power station, traditional handicraft village of Hmong minority people and much more!

Continue to visit Ham Rong Mountain and have the conquer the summit to get the view of Sapa town. From here you can catch the panorama of the town hidden under the cloudy. Feel free to enjoy traditional music show of tribe people either in Cat Cat village or Ham Rong Mountain.

Back hotel and free to have your own dinner. Free this evening to get your own experience around Sapa town to taste local food, night market and nightlife at the town. O/N in Sapa.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at hotel. Start the trekking time today with 3km trek to Suoi Ho where is the home to the Hmong minority people. At the village is the chance for you to enjoy stunning views of rice terraces, and the animals such as buffalo.
Afterward have a trekking to Ma Tra village, the home of H’mong and Red Dao. You can enjoy the panorama view of the whole valley, stretching for about 12 Km with some low hills in the middle to divide the valley into two parts.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Continue the trip to Ta Phin village where the Red Dao and Black H’mong share the land together. While The H’mong people is on the higher land and they built narrow terraced rice paddies, the Red Dao people are on the larger and flat fields around the center of the valley. Welcome you to the Red Dao family where you will have dinner with them and overnight on stilt house. O/N in Ta Phin village at stilt house.

Trek route: Sapa – Ta Phin (14 km, medium trek)

Speical note: Homestay is just standard and share a house with separate together by curtain (had mattress and pillow)

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at homestay. At 7.30 am The driver & tour guide welcome you at the village and transfer you back Sapa town for taking to Cable Car Station and spend 20 minutes with cable car to enjoy the spectacular scenery.

You reach the altitute of 2800 meters, you have a good time to see the view and take photos, visit pagoda the spiritual destinations. Also you trek up 600 steps to reach the peak of Fansipan – the Roof of Indochina. Spend your own time here for hiking and taking photos.

At 11.00 am you will come back to Cable Car Station and return to Sapa town. Have lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon & evening activities:

This afternoon you take limousine bus again to leave Sapa town for return Hanoi city. You arrive in Hanoi around 18.00pm. Check in hotel.

Evening is your free time to experience as your own time. Free to have your own dinner. O/N in Sapa.

Special remark: You can change Fansipan cable car by visiting on foot Ta Phin village.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at hotel. At 8.00 am Our guide and our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi, then move to Lang Son.

You travel ahead the province between Vietnam and China border. Travel on car around 3 hours you will have a stopover in Chi Lang – 20 km long arrangement is made from a narrow valley between two hills. From this place is associated with some fantastic victory of Vietnam in the past and regarded as the strongest citadel at the time.

You will spend one hour to visit the Quy Mon Quan, gate that signifies the Gate of Monsters at which a lot Of the invaders came to Vietnam from the several incursions had to enter where many were killed by the Vietnamese defenders.

Afternoon & evening activities:

After lunch at local foodstall in Dong Dang, you continue your trip to visit the Temple of Our Lady and Dong Khe. You hear about the story website at which the Battle of Dong Khe was scrapped throughout the second World war.

The battle took place in Dong Khe, in the Province of Tonkin, during Sept and October 1950, and finishing with the Viet Minh victory. After that the driver transfers you to Cao Bang at Quang Uyen and check in homestay.

Evening is your time for experience with local family, Have dinner with the family. Accommodation is at stilthouse with standard conditions and share bathroom. O/N in Cao Bang.

Note: Can upgrade hotel with additional charge Max Boutique hotel in Cao Bang or Ban Gioc Riverside hotel.

Morning activities:

After breakfast, you start today leave Quang Uyen and travel ahead to Ban Gioc where you will have time to visit and enjoy the amazing Ban Gioc Waterfall. You will pass through attractive scenery en-route. You can catch beautiful view and scenery of river flows through the valley at Trung Khanh before reaching the fall.

Ban Gioc Waterfall is between the China-Vietnam border, 85km from Cao Bang. You will have a bamboo on the river to catch the view and panorama the beautiful scenery of Ban Gioc waterfall – one of the largest and possibly the most impressive waterfalls of Vietnam.

Continually to visit Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc pagoda. It offers you the great view of the Ban Gioc Waterfall panorama, rice field and the entire karst valley from the mountainside with the pagoda and temple. Have a picnic lunch.

Afternoon & evening activities:

More visiting Nguom Ngao Cave – one of the largest caves in the area and an attraction to visit in Cao Bang. It has many fascinating rock formations decorating the walls and the ceilings which make you amazing for its beauties.

After that you leave Cao Bang for Lang Son and go ahead to Bac Son Valley. En route you have a stopover for relax and get more beauties of mountain scenery.

Evening activities:

Have dinner with the family. Evening is the time for you to share with the family to understand more of their cultures, lifestyle. O/N in Bac Son at homestay.

Morning activities:

After breakfast at the stilt house, this morning is the time for a visiting at a nearby tile workshop. This is the chance for you to enrich your knowledge about how local people use very old and traditional techniques while produce tiles. These are used for most of the stilt houses in the region. Have more chance to see and view Bac Son valley where has the beautiful rice fields – one of the special experience in Bac Son journey.

You continue to travel a small valley where you embark on a trekking tour. The trek time will start on the path through a peaceful stilt house village and green farms and uphill into the forest.

You have the chance to admire the stunning scenery and take photographs from the summit.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Conquering the Na Lay Mountain peak where you admire of the panorama views of Bac Son valley. Standing from the mountain you will catch the amazing rice fields, rivers flows through the valley, seeing Tay stilt house’s roofs from the mountain, water buffalos on fields is gaming grass, and see local people’s work. All make you an awesome picture on your eyes at Na Lay Mountain.

Climb down the mountain and get more discover at Dang Mo waterfall to experience more its beauties.

Evening activities:

Have the dinner with the family again and have more chance to share with them their local life. O/N in Bac Son.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at the family. Start to leave Bac Son Valley and travel ahead to Ha Long city. It takes you about 4.5 hours to reach Hai Phong city at Got Ferry.

Afternoon & evening activities:

At 12:00 pm You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Era Cruise. Having a warming welcome from the cruise team and take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.

While having on the cruise’s restaurant, you have chance to pass through Lan Ha Bay with Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.

The cruise also passes through Cua Van area to Lan Ha Bay (as part of Halong Bay). You start their journey to explore Ba Trai Dao beach, doing the kayak to immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay and/or enjoy swimming.

Get back the cruise and have a Happy hour with special drink menu (Buy one get another one for free)

Join our Vietnamese cooking demonstration is a great way to learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and we will guide you through the process.

Have dinner at restaurant on cruise and evening is your free time to relax, enjoy or take part in some activities from the cruise. O/N on board

Morning activities:

Welcome the sunrise with Tai Chi exercise on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures. Enjoy a buffet breakfast with best local coffee brand and freshly fruit juices.

Move to Era Day Boat to head to Viet Hai Village. Also have a bicycle trip along the village path and go through rain forests and dark tunnel. Enjoy stunning scenery of rice fields on the way. Stop at the village to relax. Visit an ancient local house, made from straw, mud, bamboo…you will have chance to see the local life on a valley of local people. Optional electric car service is available (without any surcharge).

Get back the day cruise for having lunch

Afternoon & evening activities:

Free kayaking and swimming at Ba Ham Lake area situated in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area, with the all four sides enclosed by vertical cliffs. (if the weather permit).

Around 16.00 pm you will back Era Cruise, take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to our overnight area. Witness one of the most brilliant sunsets you will ever see. Once again have a happy hour on cruise and then join a cooking demonstration with special traditional spring rolls.

Evening is the time for relaxing at room, at bar or can join different activities can be offered on the cruise. O/N on board

Morning activities:

Get the nicest time of the day on Lan Ha Bay is the morning. Once again enjoy Tai Chi sessions on the sundeck before continuing the trip on the bay today.
Have light breakfast at restaurant with fruit juices.

Afterward you will visit Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterwards.

Make a check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early brunch and a last goodbye from our crew at 11:30, you will board our tender and head back to the wharf where you will be met our guide and driver at Got Ferry.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Our driver and guide will welcome you and transfer you to Ninh Binh and spend 3 hours on car to reach Ninh Binh. Check in hotel. The rest of time you can wander around Ninh Binh province to experience as your own way the peaceful countryside. Free to have your own dinner. O/N in Ninh Binh

Morning activities:

Have breakfast at hotel. At 8.00 am this morning you travel with our guide and driver to discover Ninh Binh Province. First you start the route to visit Trang An Grottoes on local rowing boat to see the beautiful scenery taken in this famous film. And then visit one of the most beautiful caves in Trang An Grottoes complex by rowing boat for experience the amazing landscapes known as Halong on land. Have lunch at restaurant.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Visiting Mua Cave and listen to its interesting stories from our guide. You will climb 500 stone steps to the top of the cave where you can view the majestic landscapes of Tam Coc cave. Especially Ngoa Long Mountain (Dragon Mountain) on the way to Mua cave will give you much impression for beautiful landscapes. No better way to take photo of amazing scenery for mountain, countryside, wonderful Ngo Dong River, etc. Also dip into the natural scenery here before get on van back to Hanoi.
