Embark on a Ba Na Hills Odyssey from Chan May Port with Royal Caribbean Cruise (L)

Morning Activities:

7:30 am: Our knowledgeable tour guide and safety driver will greet you at Chan May port. It’s a short 500m from your Royal Caribbean cruise ship. We’ll then embark on a journey to the iconic Ba Na Hills. En route, marvel at the pristine beauty of Lang Co Beach. It’s a jewel not just in Hue and also in the heart of Vietnam. As we leave behind the shimmering sands of Lang Co, prepare to be captivated by the winding zigzag roads of Hai Van Pass. It’s one of Vietnam’s four breathtaking mountain passes.

10:00 am: Upon reaching Ba Na Hills, an exhilarating cable car ride will take you to the mountain’s summit. It’s about 1,487m above sea level. Here, a wealth of attractions awaits: travel back in time with the historic Debay wine tunnel (a modest extra fee of $2.5 USD/person applies), where you can savor a glass of wine that harks back to the French era of 1923. Let the beauty of the Le Jardin D’amour flower garden wash over you. Especially pay your respects at the Linh Ung Pagoda, and behold the grandeur of the Thich Ca Buddhist statue. A leisurely lunch on your own in Ba Na Hills lets you sample local flavors at your pace.

Afternoon Activities:

2:00 pm: As our time in the hills draws to a close, we’ll descend and journey back to the comfort of your Royal Caribbean Cruise.
