- Standard check in time is 13h30:00 PM

- Standard check out time is 11h00:00AM.

- Prior arrangements need to be made if early check-in or late check-out is required. A charge
will be applicable in this instance.
 Late check - out until 18:00 pm: half - day rental

 Late check - out after 18:00 pm: full day rental

- Early check in before 08:00 am: full - day rental

- Early check in from 08:00 am: half day rental

- Child above 10 years old will pay the same rates as adult.

- One child (6 - 10 years old) maximum per room and only if sharing a room with maximum of 2 adults, extra mattress will be set up. A surcharge of 12 USD/ 1 child is applied (for Bungalow room).

- One Child (6-11 years old) stay in Communal house on stilts will be charged 65% of adult rate.

- Free of charge for child under 6 years old, in parents’ room and using existing bedding. Baby cot is sometimes not available and must be informed in advance.

- All reservations must be in writing via email to us with details above.

- Final confirmation is made by us when you paid the balance. We denies or cancels a part or package services if the balance is not fully paid on time.

- To support us with handling passenger data with the local authorities we request full passenger data of existing bookings at least 48 hours prior to arrival date. The required passengers’ information is Full name, Date of birth, Passport number, Visa issuing date, Visa expiry date

For any reservation from 1 to 3 rooms:

- A full payment must be processed at least 20 days prior to arrival date.

For any reservation from 4 rooms up

- A deposit 50% of the total payment must be deposited at least 25 days prior to the arrival
date.

- The balance 50% of the total payment must be processed at least 15 days prior to the arrival
date.

Payment must be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

- Payments must be settled either in VND or in US$ (the currency exchange rate will be based on the selling rate published by Vietcombank of Vietnam at the date of payment). We reserves the right to release some or all rooms of the reserved bookings if payment for the completed bookings is not paid to the deadline.

- Late payment is subjected to 2 % interest charged on a monthly basic.

For cancellations of bookings, charges may apply.

- Confirmed bookings must be cancelled in writing (email/facsimile) only and this will only be
effective once the written cancellation is confirmed from us.

- Booking amendments must be submit in writing and will only be effective once confirmed from us.

Booking from 01 - 12 Rooms

- There will be no cancellation charges, if the cancellation (by email) is provided more than 25 days prior to arrival date.

For loss of and/or damage to property:

- We provides safekeeping and encourages guests to deposit any jewelry or other valuables. We shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to money, jewelry, precious stones, securities, financial instruments, tickets or other valuables unless they have been delivered to the Retreat Manager
and a receipt issued.

Force majeure:

- In the event of strikes, lockouts, stoppage of labor, riots, weather conditions or any other reason whatsoever, we have the absolute right to cancel, advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled sailing or itinerary without prior notice. We may, but is not obliged to, substitute another option and cannot be liable for any loss to the guests by reason such as cancellation, advancement, postponement or substitution.

- In the event of dispute settlement between us, Vietnam laws will be applied.
