Hoang Su Phi Lodge

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM (14:00). Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Check-out is required by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability, with possible charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID and credit card upon arrival. All guests staying in the room must be registered at check-in.

All room and service fees are paid according to the agreement of both parties for the bookings and payment can be in cash or by bank transfer.
A deposit or full prepayment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate selected.
Payments are accepted via major credit cards, cash (in VND or equivalent foreign currency), or bank transfer. All charges, including incidentals, must be settled prior to departure.
Cancellations or modifications: Free cancellation is available from 21 - 25 days before arrival (subject to rate conditions). Later cancellations may result in a charge. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

You are responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings, personal belongings and valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to money, jewelry, precious stones or other valuables unless you leave them with the manager or receptionist of Hoang Su Phi Lodge.

Force majeure: in case of natural disaster, fire, explosion, weather or any other condition we reserve the right to cancel or change without prior notice. We may, but are not obliged to, offer an alternative without being liable for any loss.
