Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM the following day.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and surcharges as follows:

• Early check-in before 6:00 AM: 100% of the first night’s room rate.
• Early check-in before 10:00 AM: 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out before 4:00 PM: 50% of the room rate.
• Late check-out after 4:00 PM: 100% of the last night’s room rate.

A maximum of one child under 7 years old is allowed to share the room and sleep in the same bed with their parents.

Reservations require a 50% deposit upon receiving your booking confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before check-in.

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if notification is received at least 5 days before check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 5 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be non-refundable.
• Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, and major bank cards.
