• Check-out: Until 12:00 (noon)

Early Check-in

• Early check-in requests are subject to room availability and may be accommodated
  if the room is ready upon arrival.
• If the room is not available, luggage storage service will be provided
  until the standard check-in time.

Late Check-out

• Late check-out requests are subject to room availability.
• Approved late check-out may incur additional surcharges in accordance
  with hotel policy.

Minimum Check-in Age

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Children Policy

Child Stay Terms

• Children up to 11 years old:
  Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents or guardians.
  No extra bed fee applies.
• Children aged 12 years and above:
  Considered adults and subject to standard adult pricing and occupancy rules.

Cribs & Extra Beds

• Crib (infant bed):
  Available upon request free of charge, subject to availability.
• Extra bed / rollaway bed:
  Available upon request with an additional charge of approximately
  USD 155 per night (rates subject to change).
• The number of cribs and extra beds permitted depends on the room type and configuration.
  Please note that some room categories may not allow extra beds.

Note: Charges for children’s breakfast or meals associated with extra beds
should be confirmed at the time of booking or upon check-in, in accordance with the hotel’s meal policy.

Reservation Guarantee

• All reservations must be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid credit card,
  debit card, or an equivalent deposit to secure the room.

Security Deposit

• Upon check-in, the hotel may require a credit card pre-authorization or a cash deposit
  to cover incidental charges.
