- Balance payment: Due at least 7 days prior to arrival;
  if the booking is made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, card payment via a secure online system,
  and on-site payment upon arrival (subject to booking terms).
- Bank charges: The customer is responsible for all bank transfer fees.

A damage deposit is required upon arrival
(e.g., VND 1,000,000 or equivalent),
usually collected in cash and refundable at check-out
after room inspection.
Additional incidental charges

are payable directly to the property.
