Panhou Retreat

- Check-in time is 14:00.

- Check-out time is before 12:00.

- If you need early check-in or late check-out, please inform us at the time of booking. Depending on the actual room status, we are flexible to offer free or charge.

- All booking from you will be required to provide all passport information as: Name, number of rooms, room type, expected date and time of check-in and check-out along with details of other services to us.

- All booking/reservation shall be confirmed in writting by relevant responsible departments between the two
parties.

- Reservation must be confirmed between the two parties at least 20 days in advance for groups of 6 - 10 people, at least 45 days in advance for groups of more than 10 people. The above time limit is calculated from the date of arrival.

The late changes or adjustment to the number of guest will be considered a late cancellation and the penalty rate will be specified below. The increase of the number of guest will be confirmed base on the actual availability room.

The cancellation, amendment must be confirmed in writting by relevant responsible departments between the two parties.

The following cancellation charge will be strictly applied for all cancellation or amendment with:

Group with less than 10 people:

- >20 days prior to the arrival date: No compensation.

- From 19 days to 10 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 50% of the total service amount.

- From 09 days to 04 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 70% of the total service amount.

- Within 03 days prior to the arrival date or without notice: Charge 100% of the total service amount.

Group with more than 10 people:

- >45 days prior to the arrival date: No compensation.

- From 44 days to 31 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 25% of the total service amount.

- From 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 50% of the total service amount.

- From 14 days to 7 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 70% of the total service amount.

- Within 06 days priorto the arrival date or without notice: Charge 100% of the total service amount.

If you adjuststo increase the numer of guest, we are responsible for confirmation based on the resort‘s condition.

If you adjusts to reduce the numer of guest, we have the right to apply a cancellation policy corresponding to that reduction rate.

- Only 01 child under 6 years old is allowed to share bed with parents.

- Extra charge for child from 6 to under 12 years old with 50% off from adult price. Shared bed with parents.

- From 12 years old and up: charge as adult rate.

Surcharge with 10% of room rate for Lunar New Year (from 2-5 Jan), Christmas (24/12/2025) and New Year (31/12/2025), Hung Kings anniversary, Liberation of the South 30/4, International Labor 1/5, Independence Day 2/9.

- The payment must be sent by bank transfer, excluding any additional fees

- For groups of more than 10 people, a deposit of 50% of total amount is required 45 days prior to the arrival date. The remaining amount will be paid 14 days prior to the arrival date.

- For groups from 04 – 10 people, the full payment is required 20 days prior to the arrival date.

- For groups of less than 04 people, the full payment is required 14 days prior to the arrival date.

- We have the right to refuse some or all services if the payment is not made on time.

- In case you do not pay on time as agreed in this contract, we must bear interest on the late payment of 1.5%/month.

Force majeure events include events or situations beyond the control of the Parties and must be officially announced or regulated by relevant authorities in writing, through official dispatch or email from the local authorities.

Force majeure events include earthquakes, storms, floods, fires, other natural disasters, riots, wars, pandemics, changes in laws, overnment orders, and similar events.

In the event of a force majeure, both parties affected by the force majeure event will work together to find a suitable solution and handling direction.

The party that is unable to perform its obligations must notify the other party in writing of:

- The force majeure event.

- The cause of the impediment to the performance of the obligations under the Contract.

- The measures being applied to overcome the difficulties.

This notice must meet the information set out in section 1.

At the same time, the parties will jointly consider and discuss the restoration of the obligations that could not be performed during the force majeure event. The parties will determine the obligations to be restored, the time for restoration and the necessary measures to perform these obligations in a reasonable and feasible manner.
