The late changes or adjustment to the number of guest will be considered a late cancellation and the penalty rate will be specified below. The increase of the number of guest will be confirmed base on the actual availability room.
The cancellation, amendment must be confirmed in writting by relevant responsible departments between the two parties.
The following cancellation charge will be strictly applied for all cancellation or amendment with:
Group with less than 10 people:
- >20 days prior to the arrival date: No compensation.
- From 19 days to 10 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 50% of the total service amount.
- From 09 days to 04 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 70% of the total service amount.
- Within 03 days prior to the arrival date or without notice: Charge 100% of the total service amount.
Group with more than 10 people:
- >45 days prior to the arrival date: No compensation.
- From 44 days to 31 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 25% of the total service amount.
- From 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 50% of the total service amount.
- From 14 days to 7 days prior to the arrival date: Charge 70% of the total service amount.
- Within 06 days priorto the arrival date or without notice: Charge 100% of the total service amount.
If you adjuststo increase the numer of guest, we are responsible for confirmation based on the resort‘s condition.
If you adjusts to reduce the numer of guest, we have the right to apply a cancellation policy corresponding to that reduction rate.
