Cancellations or modifications: Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival (subject to rate conditions). Later cancellations may result in a charge of one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
All guests must be at least 18 years old to check in without adult supervision. We welcome families and children of all ages.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms, to maintain a healthy environment. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violations may incur a cleaning fee of up to VND 5,000,000.
Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals with prior approval.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect other guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
For safety, valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or front desk safe. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Firearms, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are forbidden. Guests engaging in illegal activities will be reported to authorities.
The hotel is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters or unforeseen events.
Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property caused by negligence or misuse, with charges applied accordingly.
