Standard Times

• Check-In: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) local time.
• Check-Out: By 12:00 (noon).

Early Check-In

• Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  Guests are advised to request this service in advance through the hotel or booking agent.

Late Check-Out

• Late check-out may be granted depending on room availability and may incur additional fees
  (for example, up to 50% of the daily room rate if the late check-out extends into the afternoon).

Minimum Age for Check-In

• The accompanying adult responsible for the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Airport Transfers

• The resort provides airport transfer services.
  Guests are requested to contact the hotel in advance to arrange transfer timing.

Pets

• Pets are not permitted at the resort.

Child Policy

• Typically, one child under approximately 12 years old stays free of charge
