• Late check-out requests are subject to occupancy and may incur extra charges:
  • Until 18:00: Approximately 50% of the room rate (indicative guideline).
  • After 18:00: Approximately 100% of one night’s room rate (based on Vinpearl group policy).

Minimum Age

• There is no age restriction for staying; however, the primary guest checking in
  must typically be at least 18 years old.

Identification & Incidentals

• Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in.
• The resort may request a credit card or cash deposit upon arrival to cover incidental charges.

Pets
