The Mong Village Resort & Spa

- Check – out time is before 12:00 noon and check – in time is after 14:00

- Early check – in between 10:00 – 14:00 or late check-out up to 16:00 will be applied 30%
room charge of the check – in/check – out night.

- Early Check-in from 6:00 am - 10:00 or late check-out from 16:00-18:00 will be applied
50% room charge of the check – in/check – out night.

- Early check – in before 06:00 or late check-out after 18:00 will be applied one night room
charge of the check – in/check – out night.

- Children under 06 (maximum of 01 child per Deluxe Double Valley, maximum of 01 child per Deluxe Triple Valley) will be entitled to stay free with parents with the existing bed (without extra bed) and free of charge with breakfast.

- Children from 06 to under 12 years old (maximum of 01 child per Deluxe Double Valley, maximum of 01 child per Deluxe Tripple Valley) will be entitled to stay free with parents with existing bed (without extra bed) but will be charged for breakfast at USD 15/ person/ night.

- Children from age of 12 will be charged as adults with an extra bed at USD 30/person/night including breakfast.)

- All reservation requests must be in writing, either by facsimile or email and subject to written confirmation from us either by facsimile or email.

Cancellation should be notified in writing to prior to the Cut – off Date (COD). Any notification after Cut – off Date, a late cancellation charge will be applied as follows:

- COD = 07 days prior arrival date: No cancellation Fee.

- 07 to before 03 days prior arrival date: 50% of the total first night will be charged.

- Three (03) days prior arrival date: Full charge of the total booking (100%).

- No Show: Full charge of the total booking (100%).

For any other shortened stay, reduced room quantity because of unexpected emergency reason, and/or any other booking amendment will be applied suitable policy based on the time of booking, and be approved by us, upon mutual agreement.

For all bookings during Special days, the expense is non-refundable. We will accept to change the date 01 time only with the notice at least 7 days before the check-in date.

Method of payment is by Cash or Bank Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account.

All bank remittance fees or any other deductions will be paid by you.
