- Children under 6 years old: Free (maximum 01 child/room). The second child under 6 years old will be charged USD 8/child/night. (Sleeping with parents, including breakfast).

- Children from 6 years old to under 10 years old: surcharge USD 8/child/night. Sleeping with parents, including breakfast.

- Children from 10 years old and above: charged as adults.

- You must notify us in writing (fax or email) of your reservation with full details as follows: guest list, number of rooms, room type, arrival and departure times, payment method, other services (if any).

- You must notify us in advance if you need to check in early or check out later than the specified time. Approval will be subject to our room availability and may or may not incur additional charges, depending on our decision.

- The time before check-in is the period from when you receive our booking confirmation to the time before you check in.

- We have the right to request and you are obliged to send us the accommodation information including the list of full name, age, nationality and a copy of your personal documents 24 hours before the time of check-in so that we can carry out the necessary declaration procedures before receiving guests.

- Sending this information is done in writing via fax or email.

- Check-in time is from 14:00.

- Check-out time is from before 11:30.

+ Your rights when arriving before check-in time and after check-out:

- In case you arrive at the hotel before check-in time but do not check in early or when you have checked out but have not left the hotel, you are entitled to use the free shared facilities provided by us including but not limited to: parking, using common areas.

+ Deposit: is when you pay us an amount of money to ensure the confirmed booking

- The deposit is made for each booking. And at the time you transfer the first installment for the booking.

- Deposit amount: The booking is guaranteed after the resort receives at least 50% of the total room rate in advance, the remaining amount must be paid at least 03 to 14 days before check-in (Depending on the number of rooms booked).

+ Payment:

- Payment method: You will pay us by bank transfer or cash.

- Payment term: Pay for the room at the latest 3 to 14 days before check-in (Depending on each specific case). Pay for services arising and compensate for damages during the stay (if any) at the latest at the time you check out.

- You have the right to change the room; adjust the room up or down; increase or decrease the number of days of room rental; cancel the reservation but must notify us by fax or email in advance of check-in or directly orally during check-in and we must give priority to your request and only have the right to refuse all or part of your request if there is a reasonable reason for not being able to meet this request based on the spirit of honesty and the highest goodwill.

- If we are at fault leading to the room change, we must pay a penalty corresponding to the deposit amount calculated for the booked room with the request to change.

- After your request is accepted, you must pay the room fee corresponding to the rental price of the room after the change.

+ From 01 – 03 rooms:

- Before 07 days before arrival: Free.

- From 03 – 07 days before arrival: 50% of the first night's room rate.

- After 03 days before arrival: 100% of the first night's room rate.

+ From 04 rooms or more:

- Before 14 days before arrival: Free.

- From 07 – 14 days before arrival: 50% of the first night's room rate.

- After 07 days before arrival: 100% of the first night's room rate.

+ No Show:

- charge 100% of the first night's room rate.
