Hotel Policies

Surcharge of 25% on Friday & Saturday night price during holidays and Tet as follows:
- New Year's Eve: surcharge for 04 nights: December 31; January 1; January 2; January 3.
- Lunar New Year (from the 30th of Tet to the 8th of Tet)
- Hung King's Commemoration Day & Victory Day and International Labor Day: calculated for the nights of April 25; April 26; April 27; April 28; April 29; April 30; May 1 & May 2.
- National Day: September 2.

Check-in time: Guests check in after 15:00;
- Early check-in is calculated as follows:
  - Check-in from 02:00 – 06:00: pay 100% of the room rate including breakfast;
  - Check-in from 06:00 – 10:00: pay 70% of the room rate excluding breakfast;
  - Check-in from 10:00 – 14:00: pay 50% of the room rate.
Check-out time: Guests check out before 12:00;
- Late check-out is calculated as follows:
  - Check-out from 12:00 – 15:00: pay 50% of the room rate;
  - Check-out from 15:00 – 18:00: pay 70% of the room rate;
  - Check-out after 18:00: pay 100% of the room rate.
Your rights when arriving before check-in time and after check-out:
- If you arrive before check-in time but do not check in early, or after check-out but still stay at the hotel, you can use the free shared facilities we provide such as: luggage storage and common areas (priority will be given to guests checking in or currently staying).

You notify us in writing (or email) of your reservation with full details as follows: guest list, number of rooms, room type, arrival and departure times, payment method, other requests and services (if any).
We will confirm your reservation request according to the actual room availability at the time of booking and according to our policies and the agreement of both parties.
You must notify us in advance if you need to check in early or check out later than the specified time. Approval will be subject to our room availability and will be subject to an additional charge.

Deposit is when you pay us an amount of money to ensure the confirmed booking. The deposit is made for each booking.
Deposit Policy
- For groups of less than 08 rooms: deposit 50% of the total room cost within 10 days before the arrival date.
- For groups of more than 08 rooms: deposit 50% of the total room cost within 14 days before the arrival date.
- In some cases such as peak season, holidays or depending on the nature of the large group (over 20 rooms), we will require you to deposit from 70% - 100% of the total payment value to ensure the service is held in advance. The deposit request must be expressed in writing via email as soon as we confirm the service.
If you do not make the deposit according to the regulations, we have the right to cancel the room we are holding for you.

You have the right to change rooms; adjust up or down the room; increase or decrease the number of days of room rental; cancel the reservation but must officially notify us by email at least 72 hours before check-in. We will support your request to the best of our ability but it must be based on our ability.
Requests to change rooms; adjust up or down the room; increase or decrease the number of days of room rental; cancel reservations by phone are not considered official and we have the right to refuse.
If we are at fault leading to the room change, you will be charged a penalty corresponding to the deposit amount calculated for the booked room with the request to change.
After your request is accepted, you must pay the room fee corresponding to the room rental price after the change.
For group room reservations, after the reduction, if the remaining number of rooms does not meet the conditions of the group room reservation, the same regulations as individual room reservations will apply.
Cancellation Policy: All bookings whether cancelled, changed, postponed, late or similar will be subject to the cancellation policy below.

- 14 days before arrival: No penalty
- 10 days before arrival: 50% of the first night's total room charge.
- 72 hours before arrival or no-show: 100% of all rooms for all nights.
Groups from 8 rooms or more:
- 20 days before arrival: No penalty
- 14 days before arrival: 50% of the first night's total room charge.
- 7 days before arrival: 100% of the first night's room charge.
- Within 72 hours before arrival: 100% of all rooms for all nights + 50% of total meal costs.
