- From 03 (three) days after the Service Usage Date: You will lose 100% of the total value of the service/order placed.

Children ≥ 4 to 11 years old:
- Surcharge: USD10/child/night (no extra bed).
- Surcharge: USD12/child/night (extra bed available, maximum 01 extra bed/room).
Guests ≥ 12 years old:
- Surcharge: USD14/person/night (no extra bed).
- Surcharge: USD18/person/night (extra bed available, maximum 01 extra bed/room).

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking by text or email.
The remaining balance must be paid in full three (3) working days prior to check-in during normal periods and six (6) working days prior to check-in during peak periods.
Any additional costs or damages (if any) incurred during your stay must be paid upon check-out.
