List of days for which holiday room rates apply below:

• New Year's Day (January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025)
• Vietnam Trail Marathon (January 10–11, 2025)
• Lunar New Year (according to the prescribed holiday schedule)
• Hung King's Commemoration Day (April 5–7, 2025)
• Southern Liberation Day & International Labor Day (April 30 – May 3, 2025)
• National Day (August 31 – September 2, 2025)

• Children from 0 – under 5 years old: Free when sharing a room with parents and free breakfast.
• Children from 5 – under 11 years old: USD 8/child/night sharing a bed (including breakfast).
• Children from 11 years old and above are subject to adult policy:
  • USD 12/person/night sharing a bed (including breakfast)
  • USD 22/person/night with extra bed/extra mattress (including breakfast)

• Check-in time: After 14:00 PM
• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM
• Surcharge for early check-in or late check-out as follows:
  • Surcharge for early check-in
    • Before 6:00 AM: 100% additional charge for 1 night's room rate
    • After 6:00 AM: 50% additional charge for 1 night's room rate
  • Surcharge for late check-out
    • From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: 30% additional charge for 1 night's room rate
    • From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM: 50% additional charge for 1 night's room rate
    • After 5:00 PM: 100% additional charge for 1 night's room rate

• (i) Booking requests must be sent in writing or by email with full details.
• (ii) The maximum lock time is 24 hours before the booking confirmation and payment.
• (iii) Bookings will be valid when the travel agency receives confirmation from us, the booking confirmation is made by us in writing or by email with full payment details.
• (iv) Checking room availability by phone is not considered as our booking confirmation.
• (v) Your guest list must be sent to us 03 days before arrival. The final acceptance of the group list will depend on our actual room availability at the time of adjustment.

• Bookings made, whether cancelled, changed, postponed or similar situations, will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
• From 1 to 5 Rooms:
  • Weekdays:
    • More than 7 days before check-in date: Free.
    • From 3 to 7 days before check-in date: 50% of the first night.
    • From 2 to 1 day before check-in date: 100% of the first night.
    • Cancelled on the check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  • Holidays:
    • More than 14 days before check-in date: Free.
    • From 7 to 13 days before check-in date: 50% of the first night.
    • From 3 to 6 days before check-in date: 100% of the first night.
    • From 2 to the check-in date: 100% of the first night.
• From 6 – 15 Rooms:
  • Weekdays:
    • More than 14 days from check-in date: Free.
    • From 7 to 14 days from check-in date: 50% of the first night.
    • From 3 to 7 days from check-in date: 100% of the first night.
    • From 2 to the exact check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  • Holidays:
    • More than 21 days from check-in date: Free.
    • From 10 to 21 days from check-in date: 50% of the first night.
    • From 4 to 10 days from check-in date: 100% of the first night.
    • From 3 to the exact check-in date: 100% of the first night.
• For all bookings:
  • No show and no notice: Penalty of 100% of total room revenue.
