Check-in time is after 02:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be notified in advance and are subject to our availability at the time of request.
Surcharges for early check-in or late check-out are as follows:
- Early check-in before 06:00 AM or late check-out after 06:00 PM: surcharge for one night's room rate.
- Early check-in from 06:00 AM to before 09:00 AM or late check-out from 03:00 PM to before 06:00 PM: surcharge of 50% of one night's room rate.
- Early check-in from 09:00 AM to before 02:00 PM or late check-out from after 12:00 PM to before 03:00 PM: surcharge of 30% of one night's room rate.

Bookings made, whether canceled, changed, postponed or similar situations, will be subject to the following cancellation policy:
From 1 to 5 Rooms:
- Weekdays:
  - More than 7 days before check-in date: Free.
  - From 3 to 7 days before check-in date: 50% of the first night.
  - From 2 to 1 day before check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  - Cancelled on the check-in date: 100% of the first night.
- Holidays:
  - More than 14 days before check-in date: Free.
  - From 7 to 13 days before check-in date: 50% of the first night.
  - From 3 to 6 days before check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  - From 2 days to the check-in date: 100% of the first night.
From 5+ Rooms:
- Weekdays:
  - More than 14 days from check-in date: Free.
  - From 7 to 14 days from check-in date: 50% of the first night.
  - From 3 to 7 days from check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  - From 2 days to the exact check-in date: 100% of the first night.
- Holidays:
  - More than 21 days from check-in date: Free.
  - From 10 to 21 days from check-in date: 50% of the first night.
  - From 4 to 10 days from check-in date: 100% of the first night.
  - From 3 days to the exact check-in date: 100% of the first night.
For all bookings:
- No show and no notice: Penalty of 100% of total room revenue.
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations must be notified in writing with confirmation from both parties and comply with the cancellation terms. This cancellation notice will serve as the basis for any disputes regarding cancellation and cancellation fees.

The booking will be subject to the availability of the Resort and we reserve the right to refuse your booking if the Resort is fully booked. The booking information will be confirmed by our Sales/Reservations department.
The booking process is only considered confirmed until you receive a written/email confirmation of the booking from us. Calling to inquire about room availability is not accepted as a booking process. We are not responsible for verbally guaranteeing the availability of rooms.
You are responsible for sending the booking form stating the arrival date, departure date, number of rooms, room type, number of guests, full name, nationality and other requirements (if any) before the arrival date to our Sales department by email/written and send it no later than the check-in date, which is 03 days for groups with less than 5 rooms and 07 days for groups with more than 5 rooms.
Room allocations will be automatically cancelled if no booking details are sent to us by the cut-off date stated in clause 1. Any bookings received after this date will be subject to the Resort's room availability.
It is your responsibility to ensure you bring all required identification (ID, passport or driver's license).
Bookings will be automatically cancelled if you do not comply with the above regulations.

To secure your reservation and other services at the Resort, you must deposit us 100% of the total estimated revenue before the cancellation date, unless otherwise agreed.
The total service fee must be paid in full 07 days before the service date for weekday bookings and 14 days before the weekend (Friday, Saturday) bookings. For holidays, payment must be made immediately upon booking. Other special cases will be notified to you by email or text.
Any additional costs must be paid immediately at the Resort before you check out.
Payment is made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and Dollars (USD) at the official exchange rate we provide at the time of payment. We reserve the right to claim compensation from you for any exchange rate losses or bank charges arising from accounts settled by us in other currencies and to charge interest on late, overdue payments at BIDV bank's lending interest rate at that time.
