  • From 15:00 – 18:00: 50% of one night room rate
  • After 18:00: 100% of one night room rate

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and must be confirmed by the resort.

  • Children under 6 years old (0–5 years):

    • Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents
    • Complimentary baby cot available upon request (subject to availability)
  • Children from 6 to 11 years old:

    • Charged breakfast surcharge only when sharing existing bedding
    • Extra bed (if required): charged per night
  • Children 12 years old and above:

    • Considered adult
    • Extra bed is mandatory and charged accordingly

  • Extra bed charge: approximately VND 1,300,000 per night (including breakfast)

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card, bank transfer, or deposit payment
