+ No Show: 100% of the contract room price.

- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking by text or email.

- The remaining balance will be paid in full three (3) working days prior to check-in during normal periods and six (6) working days prior to check-in during peak periods.

- Any additional costs or damages (if any) incurred during your stay must be paid upon check-out.
