Please check the availability of rooms and contact Origin Vietnam via email to book a room. Please provide complete information including:

- Full name:

- Phone number:

- Room type:

- Number of guests:

- Check-in date:

- Check-out date:

- Other services (food and beverage...):

- Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m. on check-in day.

- Check-out time: before 12:00 p.m. on check-out day.

In case you arrive early and the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage at the reception desk.

If you want to check in early, you must send the information at the time of booking.

Later check-out surcharge according to the table:

- From 1-2 hours: 20% of the listed price.

- From 2-4 hours: 40% of the listed price.

- From 4-6 hours: 60% of the listed price.

- From 6-8 hours: 80% of the listed price.

- After 8 hours: the listed price for 2 days and 1 night.

- Within 24 hours of transferring the room deposit: You will be refunded 100% of the deposit.

- Before 15 days of check-in: You will be refunded 100% of the total deposit if you want to cancel the room.

If you want to continue booking, you can change to another day, we will support you to change the date (no more than 2 times).

- Before 7 days of check-in: If you cancel the room, you will lose 50% of the room deposit. And you can change the booking schedule no more than 2 times.

- Before 3 - 4 days of check-in: You cannot cancel the room and will lose the previous room deposit fee.

- For bookings on holidays, Tet, special occasions (running, festivals ...): If you cancel or change the room schedule, please notify us at least 1 month in advance. In case of cancellation within 1 month, you will lose the previous room deposit fee.

- You have made a deposit but did not show up and did not notify (No Show): You will lose 100% of the deposit.

Note: In case of supported date change, the room cannot be canceled later.
