For low season:

- Notification 07 days before the expected check-in date: Free.

- Notification 03-06 days before the expected check-in date: 50% of the total room rate.

- Notification 01 day before the expected check-in date or no-show: 100% of the total room rate.

For peak season

- Notification 14 days before the expected check-in date: Free.

- Notification 05 – 13 days before the expected check-in date: 50% of the total room rate.

- Notification 03 days before the expected check-in date or no-show: 100% of the total room rate.

- You will deposit 50%/total room price as soon as we confirm your booking via email.

You will pay 100% of the room price in advance within the following timeframes:

- Low season: 07 days before check-in date.

- High season: 14 days before check-in date.

You must pay other service fees (if any) and/or compensation/penalties at the time of check-out.

In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, fires, epidemics, etc., where the two parties cannot use and provide services. So, the two parties will voluntarily agree on the level of damages caused by force majeure. If no agreement can be reached, either party can file a lawsuit in the economic court and follow legal procedures.
