Children under 6 years old

- 100% free room rate (sleeping with parents);
- If adding an extra bed, there will be a surcharge of 50% of the extra bed service price.

Children from 6 to 11 years old

- Surcharge 8 USD (sleeping with parents);
- Adding an extra bed will be charged 20 .

Early check in:

- Before 10am: surcharge 50%/total room rate/night.
- Before 2pm: surcharge 30%/total room rate/night.

Late check out:

- From 12 to 15:00: surcharge 30%/ total room rate/ night.
- After 15:00-18:00: surcharge 50%/ total room rate/ night.
- After 18:00: surcharge 100%/ total room rate/ night.

Reservations must be sent in writing or by email to us with specific details. Such as: room type, quantity, accompanying services, arrival date, departure date, etc.

For groups of five (5) rooms or more, the list of room types must be sent to us ten (10) days before the check-in date. You must deposit us 50% of the value of the booked services at least seven (07) days before the guest checks in. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice and is non-refundable.

The booking process will be reconfirmed with the number of rooms and deposit payment. A specific list of types and specific requirements for each room type, requirements for booking other services. Rooms that are not required will be automatically released for sale to other parties.

In case you want to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or by email at least nine (9) days before the scheduled check-in date for groups with less than 05 rooms and twelve (12) days before for groups with more than 05 rooms.

Payment of Cancellation/ No Show fees will be made by invoice attached to your booking email.

Cancellation fee (time from the date of notification to check-in date):

Over five (05) rooms:

- From 5 days before check-in date: cancellation fee is 50%/ total booking value.

- From 3 days before check-in date: cancellation fee is 100%/ total booking value.

Under five (05) rooms:

- From 4 days before check-in date: cancellation fee is 50%/ total booking value.

- From 2 days before check-in date: cancellation fee is 100%/ total booking value.

In case of no show, you must pay 100% of the first night's booking fee. And the second night will be automatically canceled.

- You will pay the remaining room charge (after deposit) at least 3 days before check-in date.

- You will pay any other incidental charges by cash or bank transfer immediately before you leave Hmong Village Resort.

In cases of force majeure such as: natural disasters, accidents, traffic jams, fires, wars,... in which the two parties cannot perform. We will not be responsible for compensating each other for damages. However, the two parties will discuss and find the best solution to solve this problem.
