Check-in & Check-out Policy

• Standard Check-In: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) or later.
  Earlier arrivals are subject to room availability.
• Standard Check-Out: Until 12:00 (noon).
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
  • Early check-in may be possible subject to room availability.
  • Late check-out (until approximately 18:00) may be offered with a
    50% room rate surcharge
    (subject to time and hotel discretion).
  • Early/late arrangements depend on occupancy. Guests are advised to request in advance.

Child Policy

• Child under 12 years: One child stays free of charge
  when using existing bedding in the room.
• Child under 2 years: One child stays free of charge
  in a baby cot (if provided by the hotel).

Extra Beds / Cribs

• Baby cot: Available and free of charge for eligible children.
• Extra / rollaway beds: May be arranged upon request and
  may incur additional charges. Guests are advised to confirm availability
  and fees at the time of booking.

Booking, Deposit & Verification Policy

• Booking Conditions: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary
  depending on rate plan or booking platform. Guests are advised to always check
  the specific booking terms when making a reservation.
• Deposit at Check-In: The hotel may require a credit card or cash
  deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges. The timing of deposit release
  depends on the guest’s bank or payment provider.
• Photo ID & Payment: Guests may be required to present a
  government-issued photo ID along with a credit card or cash at check-in
  for security and incidental holds.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Free Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to
  7 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
• Late Cancellation: For cancellations or modifications made
  within 7 days before arrival, the first night’s room rate
  will be charged.
• No-Show: In case of no arrival without prior cancellation,
  the full reservation amount will be charged according to
  standard terms.
• Changes to Room Count or Dates: All changes are subject to
  the original booking conditions. Modifications made within penalty periods
  may incur charges equivalent to the applicable cancellation fees.
