Child Policy

Cribs & Extra Beds

• No cribs (cot beds) are available at the property.
• Extra beds may be available depending on room type;
  subject to availability and the specific booking option selected.

Standard Times

• Check-in: From 13:00–14:00 (1:00 PM–2:00 PM).
• Check-out: By 12:00 noon.

Early Check-in

• Early check-in can be requested, subject to room availability.
  If the room is not yet ready, luggage storage is usually provided at no extra cost.

Late Check-out

• Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  (e.g., partial or full extra night), depending on the resort’s policy at the time.
  (Please verify with the hotel at contract stage.)

Identification & Age

• Guests must present a government-issued photo ID or passport at check-in.
• Minimum check-in age: No specific age restriction stated;
  minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservation Guarantee

• Reservations should be guaranteed at the time of booking with a valid payment method
  (credit/debit card or deposit) in accordance with the selected rate conditions.
• Rate types may include refundable and non-refundable options;
  cancellation deadlines and penalty charges vary by rate.

Group Bookings

• For group reservations or multiple room blocks, agree in advance on specific release dates,
  minimum guaranteed room numbers, and deposit amounts with the resort to avoid last-minute penalties.
