FOR ANY TRANSFER/ PICK UP/ DROP OFF SERVICE IN HANOI:
Operator will be using a standard transfer car (not a van) due to the small size of the roads within cities. Picking and returning points will be the old quarter & Hoan Kiem Lake. If driver pick up and drop off you outside the old town area, you will be calculated additional surcharges.
DURATION:
The duration might vary depending on the traffic and hotel locations.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PRICE INCLUDES:
Road and bridge fees.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Highway tickets, ferry tickets (if any), 10% VAT and Noi Bai International Airport fee.
SURCHARGE CHARGES:
Driver’s overnight fee is about $12/night. Surcharge for 4 days of Lunar New Year: $40/day. Pick up early and drop off later than the prescribed time.
PRICE CHANGE POLICY:
Transportation service price will change in case gasoline price increases by more than 10% (at the time of quotation, gasoline price is 20,000 VND). The above prices are the prices at the time of posting on the website. If you want to ask for the car rental price at a specific time. Please contact us for more details.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The case of car canceled because the car company: does not make the trip. We will immediately notify our customers and refund customers the full amount that customers have paid within 3 days (3 working days). Since the notice of cancellation of a car rental or bank transfer.
- In case of canceling the vehicle by the customer: If canceled 7 days before departure, will charge 30% of the total deposit amount. If you cancel 5 days before departure, will charge 50% of the total deposit. If you cancel 3 days before departure, will charge 70% of the total deposit. And if you cancel 1 day before departure, you will not refund the deposit
Note:
- In case of canceling the service due to objective, unwanted incidents such as natural disasters, tonic, epidemics, fire, … We will not be responsible for compensation for any additional costs other than refining the car rental service.
- Above is the maximum cancellation, this cost may be reduced depending on the conditions of each time and due to agreement from the two parties.
- The time of cancellation is calculated according to the working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
- The above conditions of canceling the above service do not apply on holidays and Lunar New Year.
