Hotel Policies

Kid sharing bed (≤ 5 yrs old): Free.
Note: 1 room is free for 01 child (0–4 years old) sharing bed.
The 2nd child in the room is charged as normal.
Children from 5 to 10 years old: charged USD 16/child.
Children from 11 years old and above: surcharge USD 20/child.

All FIT bookings will be taken from the company's allocation automatically.
The company allocation must be utilized first and further bookings will be on a request basis and subject to availability.
Allotment provision will be reviewed and requested for deposition upon cases, but no later than 30 days prior to check-in date (weekend) and 45 days (Peak Season).
We have the right to stop allotment based on productivity, materialization, and debtor's status in consultation with the company.
The stop allotment announcement will be informed by us 1 month in advance.
Close allotment before cut-off date will be informed in advance and effective immediately.
All unused room allocations will be automatically released based on the cut-off date.
We will notify of any “black-out date” situation before the cut-off date and it will be effective instantaneously upon announcement. In this case, bookings will be confirmed subject to availability.

All bookings must be sent in writing to our salesperson and include your name, number of persons, date of arrival and departure, number of rooms, and room type.
A corresponding written notice, booking order, or valid voucher must support all reservations.
Reservations are valid only if reconfirmed in writing with a reference number by our salesperson.
Verbal availability does not imply a confirmation as availability.

Check-in: from 14:00 PM, although the Resort will attempt to provide the rooms for clients arriving before that time.
Check-out: 12:00 AM. Any later check-out will be considered and charged accordingly as one more night stay.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Please note that we are unable to guarantee any early check-in or late check-out until the arrival or departure date, as both are subject to the Resort’s availability and the following charges:
- Early check-in:
  - 100% of the applicable room rate if check-in is before 6:00 AM.
  - 50% of the applicable room rate if check-in is between 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out:
  - 50% of the applicable room rate if check-out is between 11:00 AM – 18:00 PM.
  - 100% of the applicable room rate if check-out is from 18:00 PM and later.

Prices are in VND and USD and are subject to change, with 2 months’ notice of any price changes.
You must deposit 50% of the total booking value as soon as we confirm the booking.
The remaining amount must be paid in full 14 to 30 days before the check-in date (depending on the number of guests and whether the stay is in low or high season).
You can pay by cash or bank transfer. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge from the bank.
Failure to comply with the above terms may result in automatic cancellation of the booking service without prior notice.

Cancellation, No-Show and Early Check-Out Policy:
- In case of cancellation, please inform us of any changes to your travel plans and notice period as stated below, as cancellation fees may apply.
- No-Show or Early Check-Out: We will charge 100% of the total cost of your stay, minimum 1 night.
- We reserve the right to apply a special cancellation policy in the event of a major or special event in the city.
Specifically as follows:
- 31 days from check-in date:
  - Low season: Free.
  - High season: Free.
- From 22 to 30 days from check-in date:
  - Low season: Free.
  - High season: 50% of the total room rate.
- From 15 to 21 days before check-in date:
  - Low season: 50% of total room charge.
  - High season: 50% of total room charge.
- From 4 to 7 days before check-in date:
  - Low season: 50% of total room charge.
  - High season: 100% of total room charge.
- Within 3 days before check-in date / No Show / Shorten Stay:
  - Low season: 100% of total room charge.
  - High season: 100% of total room charge.
