Hotel Policies

- Up to one child under 12 years old per room can share parents’ existing bedding for free and breakfast is charged at 50% off per child.

- Extra bed, inclusive of breakfast, is charged net/child, for children from 5 years to under 12 years old with maximum 1 bed/ room.

- You shall direct all reservations to us by email with authorized signature (reservations made by telephone will not be considered).

+ Individuals:

- A cancellation fee equivalent to one night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge.

+ Groups:

- Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, deposit forfeitted.

- Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of total room nights will be charged.

+ No show or early check out will be charged 100% of total room nights and the booking will be cancelled
immediately.

- Check in time is from 14:00 pm, and check out time is at or before 12: 00 pm (noon).

- Extension of check out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:

+ Check out until 18:00: 50% of contract rates.

+ Check out after 18:00: 100% of contract rates.
