- Rate includes breakfast for 02 adults and 02 children under 6 years old.

- Maximum 02 adults and 02 children under 12 or only 03 adults per room. (Except Glenwood/Glamour)

- Glenwood/Glamour category: maximum 02 adults and 01 children under 06 years old (Extra bed is not allowed)

- Children under 6 years old is complimentary (sharing bed with parents)

- Children from 6 to under 12 years old (sharing bed with parents):

• Low Season:

+ Surcharge 30 USD/child/ night (including breakfast)

• High Season and Public holiday:

+ Surcharge 45 USD/child/ night (including breakfast)

- Children from 12 and above will be charged as
an adult.

- Low season: You must settle 100% of the total payment of 14 days prior to arrival date.

- High season: You must to settle 100% of the total payment of 21 days prior to arrival date.

- Holidays, Tet, Public Holidays: You must to settle 100% of the total payment of 30 days prior to arrival date.

- Reservation: when a request for service provision is available, you shall send an email to us detailing all relevant information, including: guest’s name, number of guests, number of rooms, room type and other relevant requests. We will send the confirmation email to you within 24 working hours.

- Room cancellation: Party B is responsible for sending email or fax to Party A to inform of cancellation. The cancellation fee is applied as below:

+ Low Season (before COD):

14-07 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of full length of stay.

06-0 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of full length of stay.

+ High Season (before COD):

21-14 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of full length of stay.

13-0 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of full length of stay.

+ Public Holidays (before COD);

30-21 days prior to arrival: 50% charge of full length of stay.

20-0 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of full length of stay.

+ No Show:

100% charged

- Besides, any form of room cancellation (wash- down, no-show, or shortened stay) is subject to
a full cancellation fee equivalent to the room rate of each cancelled room night.

- Guests booking rooms with promotional vouchers or coupons must present those upon the reservation request & upon check in. If not presented at the prescribed point in time, hotel will apply public rate.

The Hotel official check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00.

We shall not guarantee early check-in (before 15:00) or late check-out (after 12:00). Availability of early check-in or late check- out will depend on room availability. Surcharges will be as follows:

Early check-in charge:

+ before 06:00 AM: 100% of 1st night’s room rate surcharge, breakfast included.

+ before 10:00 AM: 50% of 1st night’s room rate surcharge, breakfast included.

Late check-out charge:

+ from 12:00 until 15:00: 30% of last night’s room rate surcharge.

+ from 15:00 until 18:00: 50% of last night’s room rate surcharge.

+ after 18:00: 100% of last night’s room rate surcharge.
