Hotel Policies

- Extra bed surcharge: USD 18/ extra bed/night.

- Weekend surcharge (Friday and Saturday): USD 10/ room/ night.

- Weekend surcharge (house on stilts): USD 6/ person/ night.

- Holiday surcharge: USD 30/ room/ night.

Holidays in the year include: New Year, Lunar New Year, Hung King's Commemoration Day, Liberation Day and International Labor Day, National Day, Christmas.

- Children under 6 years old sharing bed with parents are free of charge.

- Children from 6 to 10 years old sharing bed with parents, surcharge USD 8 for breakfast and service fee.

- In case there are 2 children under 11 years old sharing parents' room, an extra bed is required at USD 15/night including breakfast.

- Children from 11 years old are considered as adults.

All bookings must be in writing via email with detailed booking information.

- Booking confirmation is made by us when you pay for the booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel part or all of the service package if full payment is not received on time.

- To assist us with procedures with local authorities. We require to receive your full information at least 48 hours before check-in. Information includes: full name, date of birth, passport number/photo, date of issue and expiry of Visa.

Check-in/ Check-out Time:

- Standard check-in time is 14:00 PM.

- Standard check-out time is 12:00 AM.

Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability and are charged as follows:

- Late check-out until 18:00 PM: surcharge of 50% of one night's room rate.

- Late check-out after 18:00 PM: surcharge of 100% of one night's room rate.

- Early check-in before 08:00 AM: surcharge of 100% of one night's room rate.

- Early check-in from 08:00 AM: surcharge of 50% of one night's room rate.

For bookings of 1-3 private rooms or 10 guests in a shared house: You must pay 100% of the booking value immediately upon booking.

- For bookings of 4 private rooms or 11 guests or more in a shared house:

You deposit 50% of the total booking value immediately upon booking. You will pay the remaining 50% 14 days before check-in.

- Payment is made in Vietnamese Dong or USD via cash or bank transfer.

- We reserve the right to cancel part or all of the booking if you do not make full and timely payment.

The cancellation must be notified to us 20 days in advance and will only be effective after we confirm it via email. The cancellation will be charged 10% for each booking. The time to continue using the booking depends on our room availability.

+ Cancellation 30 days before check-in date: no charge.

+ Cancellation within 6 days before check-in date or no-show: 100% of total booking value will be charged.

+ No Show: 100% of total booking value will be charged.
