- National Guest: 01/09/2026 – 02/09/2026.

- Marathon in Pu Luong in October, minimum stay of 2 nights required. The official date will be announced after the official decision from the organizing committee.

 Surcharge of USD 20/Night/Room for all room categories.

 Surcharge USD 5/Night/Pax Staying in stilt house/Dorm.

 Price on holidays will be equal to the price of the weekend (Saturday) of the corresponding peak/low season plus the holiday surcharge according to regulations.

You must notify us in writing/email in advance of your cancellation before the Cut-off Date (COD). If notified after the Cut-off date, the cancellation fee will be applied as follows:

- COD 30 days before arrival date: Free of charge.

- Within 30 days before arrival date: Charge the room fee for the entire booking period (100%).

- No Show: Charge the room fee for the entire booking period (100%).

+ In case of shortening the stay, reducing the number of rooms due to force majeure, the arising cases will depend on the time and there will be a policy to change the booking according to our acceptance, based on the signed document between the two parties.

+ For bookings during the Tet holiday period, no cancellation is applicable. We will support 01 free rescheduling when notified 15 days in advance of the check-in date.

+ For peak periods, support will depend on room availability. Charge the difference between weekday and weekend (if any).

+ Any cancellation/change request will only be effective after we confirm it in writing.

- Bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject your booking if we are fully booked. Contract rates are only applicable when you book directly with us. Booking information will be confirmed by the hotel's Sales department.

+ The booking process is only considered confirmed until you receive a written/email confirmation from us. Calling to inquire about room availability is not accepted as a booking process. We are not responsible for verbally guaranteeing room availability.

• You are responsible for sending a booking form stating the arrival date, departure date, number of rooms, room type, number of guests, full name, nationality and other requirements (if any) to the sales department by email/written form before your arrival date.

• Room allocations will be automatically cancelled if no booking details are sent to us by the Cut-off date stated in clause 1. Any bookings made after this date will be subject to our availability.

Children under 6 years old (maximum 01 child/room) can share bed with adults and get free breakfast (no extra bed).

• Children from 6 to 11 years old (maximum 01 child/room) can share bed with adults (no extra bed) and are charged for breakfast, surcharge USD 10/child/night. From the second child requiring an extra bed USD 18/child/night including breakfast.

• Children from 11 years old and above will be considered as adults, surcharge USD 18/person/night including extra bed and breakfast.

Check-out time is before 12:00 noon and check-in time is after 14:00 pm.

• Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be notified in advance and are subject to availability at the time of request.

• Late check-out - until 18:00 pm: 50% of the full day rate.

• Late check-out - after 18:00 pm: 100% of the full day rate.

• Early check-in before 08:00 am: 100% of the full day rate.

• Early check-in from 08:00 am: 50% of the full day rate.

For any bookings of 1 to 3 rooms: A full payment must be processed at least 10 days prior to arrival.

• For any bookings of 4 or more rooms: A deposit of 50% of the total payment must be sent at least 14 days prior to arrival. The balance of 50% of the total payment must be processed at least 7 days prior to arrival.

• Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.

• Payments must be made in VND or in US dollars (exchange rates will be based on the selling rate published by VietcomBank of Vietnam on the date of payment).

We reserve the right to release some or all of the rooms of pre-booked reservations if payment for completed reservations is not received on time.

• Late payments are subject to a 2% interest rate calculated on a monthly basis.

• Unless deposits or payments are agreed upon by both parties in a separate Contract, we reserve the right to cancel all rooms for which no deposit has been paid.
