How Three Peaches Beach is unique?
With an elevation of over 20m. The formation of the islands looks like peaches. It’s truly the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay. Why were we named for these three peaches? Because it belongs to a beautiful story.
The Legend of three peaches
Long time ago a young fairy fell in love with a poor fisherman. One day, she stole 3 peaches from Heaven for her lover in order to assist him to have eternal life when he ate these peaches. Then, they may be together forever. However, The Emperor discovered the robbery and turned the peaches to 3 stone islands and compelled a young fairy to return.
Nowadays, Three Peaches belongs to Lan Ha bay, it is still a pristine region and still very few people visit. You may go swimming, kayaking or sunbathing on a beautiful beach or have a freestyle to unwind on beaches.
How to get to three peaches beach?
- From Halong bay: There is only 1 way to get to this area – Available for tourists who book charter cruise only. (Expensive if you book charter cruise in Halong Bay to get here)
- From Cat Ba Island: There are many options for you. You can book day boat or you can book cruise Lan Ha Bay for overnight trip (Charter or sharing with other people always available).
Quick tips
- Don’t visit this Island on summer time (June, July, August) – This is peak season for local tourist
- Best time to go: (April, May, Sept, Oct)
