Your Cat Ba Island Day Cruise Experiences (L)
Morning activities:
Our guide will welcome you at 7:30 am at your hotel in Cat Ba Island and then move to the wharf. At 8:00 am you check in boat and you will start cruising through Cai Beo fishing village. This is the largest and the most traditional fishing village in the North of Vietnam. You will pass through Monkey Island (note that we do not stop at Monkey Island).
The cruise reaches the heart of Lan Ha Bay where has thousands of unique shaped karst towels and emerald water.
At 9:30 am you will visit Di San Floating House at a family fish farm to see the local’s life. This is also the chance for you to take a photo of the huge “Happy fish”
After that the cruise continues sailing to the magnificent landscapes before parking at Dau Be Island.
Next you will discover the bay on your own way with a double-sharing kayak at Ba Ham Lake. You will explore the beauty of nature in the hidden lagoon with lots of stalactites hang down from the ceiling cave creates strange shapes and sizes. (Note: This option depends on the tide level of the bay).
Option 2 (when the tide is too high): Cruising through Cua Van Floating Village, passing Rang Dua Island, Frog Island, etc. After that you go kayaking through Dark Cave, Bright Cave)
12.30: Lunch with seafood and traditional Vietnamese food will be served while the boat keeps cruising.
Afternoon activities:
After lunch, our captain will choose the best area to anchor. You will have time to relax then take part in interesting activities: jumping from the top of the boat or swimming in Ba Trai Dao Beach. At 14:30 pm you start cruising back to the harbor. You will arrive back the starting point at 14.45 pm. Say Goodbye to our Crews!
At 15.30 – 16.00 pm: the driver will drops you off at our office. Finish the trip. If you would like to go back Hanoi on the same day, we can arrange for you with extra charge for transport.
