5-day Danang tour package in Central Vietnam

Upon arrival at Danang International Airport for Flights # ….. pm (…… – Danang), you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver who will take you to the ancient city of Hue.

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to stop at some sites to explore their beauty, including Nam O Fishing Village, famous for its traditional fish sauce making and a chance to learn about the village’s culture and meet friendly locals. You will also visit Nam O Beach, offering a different experience of the beaches in Danang city.

You will then pass through Hai Van Pass, also known as the Cloudy Pass in Central Vietnam, which is listed as one of the most spectacular passes in Vietnam. From its summit, you can enjoy stunning views of Danang city and Bach Ma National Park, Lang Co beach and relish the challenge of the windy pass road.

Next, you will reach Lang Co Town Centre where you will have lunch with delicious seafood before continuing your journey.

Afternoon Activities:

In the afternoon, you will visit Lang Co fishing village and Lap An Lagoon to explore the natural beauty of this famous beach stop between Hue city and Danang city.

After approximately 1.5 hours on the road, you will reach Hue city and check-in at the hotel. You will have the evening free to enjoy your own dinner and wander around Trang Tien Bridge to soak up the tranquil atmosphere of the ancient city at night, as well as taste the local cuisine according to your own preferences. Overnight at hotel.

Morning Activities:

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 am, our guide and driver will pick you up for a full day city tour of Hue.

First, take a walk to the boat landing and embark on a peaceful boat trip along the Perfume River. Admire the beautiful scenery on both sides of the river banks and stop to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most beautiful religious buildings in Hue and Vietnam.

Next, visit a workshop in Kim Long Street to see how poetic conical hats are made from lotus or leaves, and learn more about the development and creation of traditional crafts.

Continue by visiting the Imperial City, where the Nguyen Dynasty’s emperors and royal family worked and lived from 1802 to 1945. Explore its many palaces and architectures, including Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Purple Forbidden City, Nine Dynastic Urns, and The Temple.

Enjoy a lunch of Hue cuisine at a local restaurant.

Afternoon Activities:

In the afternoon, continue to Tu Duc Mausoleum to learn about the Oriental architecture of the second king of the Nguyen Dynasty.

Then, visit Thuy Xuan Incense Village to discover more about this traditional craft of Hue. It is also a famous photo shooting spot for those who want to capture nice photos.

Afterwards, leave Hue city and head back to Danang through Hai Van Tunnel. The journey takes about 2 hours. Check-in at the hotel upon arrival.

You’re free to have your own dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning Activities:

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. At 8:00 AM, your guide and driver will pick you up for a half-day tour of Danang city, followed by a full afternoon at Bana Hill.

Start your tour at the Cham Museum, home to the largest collection of Champa Sculpture in Asia. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to gain insight into the Champa culture and its art.

Next, visit the bustling Han Market to witness local trading and purchase souvenirs for loved ones.

Make your way to the Linh Ung Pagoda in Son Tra Peninsula, one of the largest pagodas in Danang city. Enjoy the stunning view of Danang Bay and the sea from the mountain, which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Da Nang beach.

Afterwards, depart from Da Nang and head to Ba Na Hill, located 25 km to the southwest of the city. To reach the summit, take the cable car, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the forest and waterfall. Once you arrive, experience the unique architecture of Old French villas, located at a height of 1138 meters. Take the mountain climbing train to visit the Flower Garden, which boasts a wide variety of beautiful flowers. Then, visit the old tree, stream, Great Buddha Statue, Linh Ung Pagoda, and Wine Tunnel, which stores a variety of different wines.

Enjoy a scrumptious lunch at a restaurant in Ba Na.

Afternoon Activities:

Don’t miss the Golden Bridge, Pagoda, and other popular attractions. After spending plenty of time at Bana Hill, you can relax and play games at the Fantasy Theme Amusement park. Many games and a 4D movie are included in your tour package, but some games with rewards require an additional fee. You may choose to pay for these games or skip them altogether.

Finally, you’ll take the cable car back to the foot of the hill, where your driver will pick you up and transfer you back to Danang city center. Enjoy a delicious dinner on your own before retiring for the night at your hotel.

Note that the Dragon Bridge in Danang breathes fire and water at 21:00 pm on weekends only, so be sure to schedule your visit accordingly.

En route, visit the stunning Marble Mountains, also known as Ngu Hanh Son or Non Nuoc Mountain, consisting of five limestone mountains on a sandy beach. Explore the caves, pagodas, and other features of the mountains.

Next, visit the traditional Non Nuoc Stone Village in Danang, where Buddha statues and many other products are made from stone. Then, continue to Thanh Ha Ceramic Village in Hoi An for an immersive experience of local ceramic making traditions. Visit the museum to see interesting products made from soil.

Finally, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before checking into your hotel.

Afternoon Activities:

As you continue your journey, you will discover the natural beauty of Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village, where locals grow organic vegetables and supply them to restaurants and hotels in Hoian. You’ll be amazed by the traditional farming methods used in this village.

Next, you’ll proceed to Tra Nhieu Eco Tourism Village on a boat along the river. The peaceful atmosphere and water coconut trees will make you feel like you’re in the Mekong Delta region of South Vietnam. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore traditional houses, witness the art of Tra Nhieu weaving mats, and see garden houses.

After your exploration, you’ll head back to Hoian and have the evening free to enjoy dinner at your leisure.

Evening activities:

Enjoy your free time to immerse in the enchanting atmosphere of Hoi An at night. Stroll around the ancient town and admire the twinkling lanterns and traditional architecture that give the city its unique character. Take a leisurely walk through the bustling night market and browse the handicraft stalls to find unique souvenirs for your loved ones. Overnight in your comfortable hotel in Hoi An.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel, then set off on a walking tour around the old streets of Hoi An Ancient Town at 8:00 am. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit the vibrant local market and immerse yourself in the local culture.
