Hoi An to Phong Nha Ke Bang tour

Morning activities:

We will pick up you at the hotel in Hoian and start to explore this tour. On the way, the first destination is Marble Mountain: located between Da Nang and Hoi An, is a fairyland with a dreamlike scenery, pagodas and grottoes.

We will go through Hai Van Pass (Cloudy Pass) – one of the most impressive gateways in Vietnam. Known as the most beautiful pass in Vietnam on the journey from the South to the North.

Enjoy Lang Co beach with a breathtaking view from Hai Van Pass. It is a very beautiful beach with white sand and pure water located between Hue and Da Nang.

Afternoon activities:

Have Lunch at a garden style restaurant before checking in the hotel in Hue. Visit Imperial City or Citadel: Located on the northern bank of the Perfume River, Hue Citadel was built on an area of over 500 ha, including the Citadel and the Forbidden City, known collectively as the Citadel. This is the administrative and political centre of Nguyen dynasty.

Afterwards visit Thien Mu pagoda: The oldest pagoda in hue city. We will take a boat along Perfume River and enjoy the sunset over the river. If you are lucky on sunny day you can catch the wonderful sunset on river with a red of sun slowly hidden over the mountain.

Evening activities:

Free to savour dinner at the local restaurant. Free your own time with the colourful night in Hue.

Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hue and transfer to Dong Hoi. On the way, you will visit: Quang Tri citadel on the bank of river Thach Han was of fierce battles during the US war in Vietnam. It became the tomb of tens of thousands of Vietnamese soldiers who sacrificed their lives for national liberation.

Discover Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River: located in 17th Parallel, was bisected between South Vietnam and North Vietnam in the war

Afternoon & evening activities:

Savour lunch at the restaurant. Visit Vinh Moc tunnels where North Vietnamese guerilla fighters lived and fought. It is an underground miniature village, the largest historical tunnel in the DMZ of Vietnam.

Here, you will hear some stories about the tunnels and resilience against the enemy of Vietnamese people during the war. We will continue on our way to Dong Hoi to check-in hotel and relax for the night.

Morning activities:

Good morning with breakfast before driving to Phong Nha cave. Take a boat trip along Son River to discover amazing Phong Nha cave. The entrance entry the cave will amaze you for its special. You have chance to visit wet cave by boat and then discover dry cave right there to enjoy more its unique formation

Continue the trip to Paradise Cave – 20km far from Phong Nha Cave and pass through tranquil countryside. Have lunch en route,

Afternoon activities:

Explore Paradise cave (around 60 km from Dong Hoi city) dubbed as Underground Palace Heaven is a dry cave and considered one of the most magnificent and magical wonders in the world. The cave is 31 km long, the longest dry cave in Asia. Visitors can see stalactite pillars, each dozen of meters in diameter and grandiose rock arches, created over millions of years.
