Start tour with our guide welcome you at hotel in Hoi An and ride bicycle to leave your hotel for the journey discover Hoi An countryside. Also this is the chance for you to take photos of the beautiful countryside views before getting arrived to Tra Que herb vegetables village.
- Firstly, you visit around the village garden, meet local farmers and then listen to tour guide explained why it is called “Organic farm”. You will know how the vegetable is consumed around Hoi An and local people.
- Secondly, you will join into farming activities like: hoeing soil, using seaweed, transplanting and watering vegetable, etc.
- Thirdly, you collect some vegetables which for your cooking class at the family and then return the local family restaurant.
- You have 15 minutes herb foot massage to refresh yourself before joining cooking class with the instructor. You prepare and then cook some dishes after receiving the instruction to know how to cook Vietnamese dishes
- Finally, you taste these dishes as your lunch or dinner with some dishes prepared from the family.
