Bach Ma National Park Bird Watching Tour

Morning activities:

Start the trip from Hue city to Bach Ma National Park about 60km to the South of Hue City. Traveling along the National Highway 1A and pass through the beautiful scenery of rice fields, mountain scenery and bamboo ridges, Cau Hai lagoon.

On coming Bach Ma National Park Center, you will listen to the summary of the park in the centre before before summit of the mountain for a distance of 20km. Trek to Hai Vong Dai after reaching the park centre close the park. You can catch the panorama of Lang Co Beach, Cau Hai Lagoon from the summit.

You can also have chance if lucky enough when cloud cover surrounding and make you have a feeling as the heaven. Then trek back the restaurant where you will have lunch here.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Proceed your trekking and walking time about 30 minutes throughout the forest to achieve Five Lake also called Ngu Ho. After hiking route through forest, you can swim on pure water of those romantic pools. The felling much different from town. Travel to Bach Ma National Park and Five Lake the climate is cool that make visitor interest and enjoy. Remember to bring your camera to shoot wonderful photo of lakes and its scenery. After that hike back the centre where you have dinner at restaurant and overnight at villa.

Morning activities:

Wake up early and start to trek through forest with our expert to have a bird watching – the highlight of this day trip.

You can have chance to see many different bird species (about 330 species) like Indochinese Wren-Babbler, Chinese Francolin, Chestnut-collared Yuhina, White-browed Scimitar Babbler, Rufous-throated Partridge, White-browed Shrike Babbler, Bar-backed Partridge, Coral-billed Scimitar Babbler, Sivver-eared Mesia, Sultan Tit, Long-tailed Broadbill, Siver-breasted Broadbill, Red-headed Trogon, and particularly the Vietnamese endemics such as the Crested Argus, Annam Partridge and Edwards’s Pheasant. Return hotel and have more trek for more experience and discover the spectacular of Bach Ma forest.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Trek along path to reach Do Quyen waterfall – 300m height. The name of the fall is the exact same name flower at the flow below the waterfall that makes Bach Ma attractive.

After 20 minutes for trek to the fall, you then continue to trek down and up ~700 steps like silver water running from the autumn like silver water running from the elevation. It’s a must see in Bach Ma National Park. Especially, Do Quyen waterfall is the upstream of one of the two river branches which connects into one and start for Perfume River flow between Hue city.

If you are healthy enough, you can step down 700 steps to admire the panorama of the waterfall before trek back the centre. Evening is your time to have lunch at restaurant in the park centre and overnight at hotel.

Morning activities:

Another full day to have more bird watching in Bach Ma National park and have more chance to see different bird here.

The opportunity to see them as their habit is from 5.30 am – 6.30 am you can see as much as possible here. More trekking through the trails of forest to have more watching.

Afternoon activities:

After having more trek in Bach Ma to Cho Den Forest trails or Tri Sao trails for more experience . After that trek back the car road where the driver is waiting you and transfer you to leave Bach Ma for return Hue city. You reach Hue late afternoon. Optional: You may continue your tour to Da Nang or Hoi An. Our trip will be finish around 6:00pm (With surcharge).
