Spend a full day to discover Hue Imperial City, Vietnam’s last feudal capital from 1802 to 1945 under the 13 emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty. That is why the city has been one of Vietnam’s cultural, religious and educational centers. Beside that visit Thien Mu Pagoda where you will have a chance to learn about Vietnam Buddhism religion. Special Cruise Dinner on Perfume River with traditional music performances.

Morning activities

Our trip will start from your hotel in Hue City with our Tour guide & Driver (around 8:30 am). Then transfer to Visit the Thien Mu Pagoda. After that our trip continued to visit Tombs of King Khai Dinh and King Tu Duc. Come back to Hue for lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon activities

After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to visit the Imperial City, which is located in the Citadel. It’s built in the early 19th century. Explore the Thai Hoa Palace, with its spacious hall and ornate roof of huge timbers supported by 80 carved and lacquered columns. See the Halls of the Mandarins. Especially the Nine Dynastic Urns and the site where the Forbidden Purple City once stood. After that we travel to Dong Ba market where you will understand more about the royal citizen life.

Evening activities

Then we will embark on a boat cruise along Perfume river. It’s a great time to admire sunset and enjoy a special dinner with traditional music performance on boat cruising along Perfume River. The trip to discover Hue imperial city will finish at 8:30pm at your hotel. Hope you have a wonderful experience.
