Morning activities:

Our guide and driver welcome you at Phu Bai airport and transfer you to downtown. It takes you 30 minutes to reach the city centre.

Firstly, you will make a cycling trip around the city to discover the slowdown of local people. Our guide takes you through Trang Tien Bridge to reach Dong Ba market. It is the busiest center in Hue city where you can buy everything here.

Next you make a boat trip downstream Perfume River, pass through Con Hen Islet where it is famous for special cuisine Hue – Com Hen “noodles and rice with mussels”. Have lunch on a boat while it cruises down the stream.

Afternoon activities:

The boat takes you to Sinh Village’s Pier and makes a visit to this famous village in Hue city. Sinh Picture village has preserved and developed the traditional folk painting. It is to serve the spiritual life of local individuals to know the way the villagers use the newspaper made of clam powder to make purposeful paintings, but easy in lines with traditional colors.

Continue the trip by riding a bicycle to leave Sinh Village about 2 km along narrow streets and have a chance to catch beautiful countryside sights. The biking trip will lead you through green bamboo hedge, vegetable gardens and rice fields which make you amazing for the peaceful life and hidden charms. Reach Thanh Tien Paper Flower village to discover more traditional handicraft village in Hue city. Meet local people and friendly hostess to learn more of this village. Return hotel in Hue city and free to have your own dinner.

Evening activities:

You are free in the evening to discover Hue city in your own way. Along Le Loi street, Chu Van An, Pham Hong Thai streets, you can enjoy and taste local foods for Hue specialty cuisines. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, you start the new day by cyclo trip to visit Thien Mu pagoda – the oldest one in Hue city to learn clearly the starting of Hue Imperial City for the last Dynasty in Vietnam.

Next you continue cyclo riding to visit the Citadel – the Royal Palace of Nguyen Kings with several constructions of Flag Tower, Five Phoenix Tower, Thai Hoa Palace, Mieu Temple, Nine Urns Dynasties, etc. Have lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon activities:

Afternoon is the time for continuing to discover Royal Mausoleum of Nguyen’s Kings. You will visit two of the six beautiful mausoleums in Hue city.

Khai Dinh mausoleum gives the chance to discover the architecture of combination Oriental and Western.

Minh Mang mausoleum gives you Oriental architecture back through harmony in between natural landscapes and construction. It is a very quiet and beautiful website to see and unwind. Back to Hue city centre and finish the tour at the hotel. Free dinner as your very own account.

Evening activities:

This evening is the free time to wander through the city and the Perfume River to enjoy the calm setting. Trang Tien Bridge has colorful lights on weekends. Overnight at the hotel.

Morning activities:

After breakfast at the hotel, you leave the hotel at 8:00 am and depart Hue city centre for outskirt to Tam Giang lagoon beauty.

You will visit Bao La Bamboo weaving village in Quang Dien District across the Bo River. Discover this famous special bamboo product which is familiarized with daily life of local people such as basketry, basket, chair, etc.

Arrive at Ngu My Thanh fishing village of Quang Dien district where you have the opportunity to listen to the neighborhood people talk about the way to catch fish and seafood.

Make a boat trip on the lagoon to enjoy the fresh atmosphere and find out the fishing to get much more experience under the instruction of the regional people. Especially, you’ll practice by yourselves how to catch fish, how to catch fishing nets. It’s an exciting activity for you to get more knowledge about the life of a fishing guy. Have lunch in the restaurant while still contemplating the beautiful perspective of Tam Giang Lagoon.

Afternoon activities:

After lunch you are transferred to Phuoc Tich Ancient Village where old garden homes come across rice paddy fields. This is the opportunity to find out more of the oldest homes 200 – 300 years old known as Nha Ruong constructed by rail with tiled roofs and graceful green fences. More chances to enjoy a quiet atmosphere in the countryside, stroll along to watch local people, and a pottery workshop to find out about the method to make pottery products under the direction of local artisans. After that return Hue city centre and free to have your own dinner

Evening activities:

Free in the evening to enjoy the charm of Hue city. (Optional: You can join Hue folk song on Perfume River or have Royal Dinner to be King and Queen at restaurant for Royal dishes)

Have breakfast at the hotel. You have half day free at your hotel or more wandering around the city to experience Hue beauties as your own way

Then the driver drops you off at Phu Bai airport to depart Hue to the next travel destination in Vietnam. Say goodbye and see you again and wishing you a happy trip!
