Your Mekong Delta Tour From Phu My Port Experience (L)
Morning activities:
Our tour guide will pick up in Phu My Port in the early morning and transfer to My Tho City. It is a transportation and industrial center for a rich agricultural region and has some manufacturing businesses. It’s also known for its exuberant orchards and immense rice fields. My Tho was controlled by the Cambodians until it’s annexed by the Annamese in the late 17th century. On arrival, our trip will cruise along a little creek to the Mekong River to Con Phung (Phoenix Island). Take a boat trip in Mekong river you will have to know more details about Vietnamese life on the river and also on the river banks. After that we will stop over at the garden restaurant at a neighborhood house for Vietnamese lunch.
Afternoon activities:
The motorized boat cruises more along natural creeks and quiet villages in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee – keeping farm, taste natural honey also honey wine if you like. Especially where you will enjoy the freshest fruits, traditional music, and see around a distillery. Beside that we will see how the local people make coconut candy taste candy & coconut pulp.
