Day 1: Can Tho - Soc Trang - Bac Lieu. O/n In Bac Lieu (L/D)
Morning activities:
Our driver and tour guide will pick up you at Can Tho international airport (or can start at hotel in Can Tho) and transfer you to the city centre. Scrumptious lunch is served. Check-in hotel after noon time.
Let’s get started to explore Soc Trang province trip- is one of the most tourist attraction at Mekong Delta. Visiting Khmer pagoda in Soc Trang is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to experience one of the most unique communities in the heart of the Mekong Delta.
The first stop is Ma Toc pagoda-mahatup (Bats pagoda) – where hundreds of flocks of bats live naturally, learn the magical story of the five hoofed pigs. The next destination is Salon pagoda(Chen Toc pagoda), it attracts tourist by its special architecture, is lined with fragments of cups and plates to create colourful and vivid pictures.
Afternoon & evening activities:
After enjoying lunch, Continue your Vietnam tours to Bac Lieu. The next stopover is Bac Lieu Prince House – Bac Lieu prince’s palace was built in 1919. The owner ordered and transported all construction materials such as cast steel, doors, paving marble, bricks, decorative iron frames… from France. We will hear anecdotes about the exuberant life, liberal of Hac Cong Tu. Then the delegation visited the musician memorial area, Cao Van Lau – learn about his life and career.
Listen to the song Da Co Hoai Lang – a traditional music folk which is special of Southwest Vietnam. Evening is the free time to experience as your own experience and relax at hotel. Overnight at Ho Nam resort.
