Half-day Hanoi cooking class will take you to explore the local market. You will get closer to the daily lives of local people. Buy ingredients to prepare for the cooking class. After that, you will learn how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes and especially Hanoi dishes.

Itinerary Details

Your Hanoi Cooking Class Tour Experiences (L)

9:00 Welcome to Hanoi cooking class tour with Origin Travel team. Then we go to Ngoc Thuy market which is a local market. Where you will learn and explore Hanoi’s local markets.
9:30 Go to the live fish and chicken market to buy ingredients to prepare for the cooking class. You can also enjoy delicious local breakfast dishes here. Such as Banh Cuon, Beef Pho, and fresh fruit.
10:00 Then move to cooking class. Enjoy a relaxing tea and take some time to rest before class begins. Additionally, you can explore local monuments like the Temple of Hero Ly Thuong Kiet, Buddhist pagodas, and traditional Vietnamese belief temples honoring mother nature (if your time allows).
At 10:15, the chef will start a cooking class featuring four main dishes. These dishes showcase traditional Vietnamese cuisine. You will have interesting moments and learn more about traditional Vietnamese dishes.
12:15 Then enjoy a delicious lunch together. Wishing you an enjoyable experience in the cooking class with the Origin Travel team.
