Day 1: Hanoi Old Quarter & City Highlights – Dinner Street foods. O/n in Hanoi (L/D)
Morning activities:
Start the trip from 8.00 with our guide and driver to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex (Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda) to learn more the great leader of Vietnam.
Have lunch with special Hanoi food “ Pho Hanoi or called Noodle” to taste the local cuisines.
Afternoon activities:
Continue the trip in the afternoon to visit Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university.
Next is Hoa Lo Prison (Hanoi Hilton) appeared more than 120 years ago, once a place that witnessed much suffering and misery. As well as the indomitable spirit and resilience when facing torture and death of patriotic Vietnamese children.

We’ll begin with a walk through Hanoi’s colorful local markets, meeting friendly stallholders and learning about their traditional foods. The journey continues along vibrant streets and hidden alleys of the Old Quarter – places you might never discover on your own – before we explore the quiet elegance of the French Quarter.
During the tour, you’ll have the chance to sample over 10 delicious local dishes and enjoy refreshing neighborhood drinks while chatting with street vendors. The experience concludes at our tasting room, where you can savor a wide selection of regional specialties purchased directly from the vendors we met along the way, while discussing Vietnam’s culture through its traditional cuisine.
