Morning activities:
Our driver and tour guide pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi around 8:30. Say goodbye bustling city of Hanoi for Bac Giang. It’s about 45 minutes travel by car. We will be arrive a local’s family and warmly – welcomed by a host. You’re invited to enjoy welcome drink with local sweeties. Here you will get the chance to see the house architecture and their daily life. After enjoy welcome drink & get interesting information about Vietnamese culture and custom from home.
It’s time to take a bike then cycle through small alleys to see daily life of local people also travel along amazing rice fields. 11h00: You’ll have a chance to take part in “cooking demonstration”. Our guide’ll teach you how to make “papaya salad”. Then we have lunch with variety of local fresh food.
Afternoon activities
After enjoy lunch we will take part in “Kite Making Class”. The kite is known as a “child-hood toy” for Vietnamese kids. After completed kite making. It’s time to become real Vietnamese farmer. Our guide will let you, what to prepare, know how to do … explore the farming process of wet rice in Vietnam. Your child hood will be happened to fly your hand-made kite in the blue sky along the rice field. 17h00: Back to family then get changed. You’ll say goodbye a peaceful village and leave for Hanoi. 18h00: Arrive your hotel. End of services.
