Hanoi private tour with flexible itineraries

Morning activities:

Welcome you to Hanoi. Have lunch at restaurant. Check in hotel. Take a rest for a while and start to explore Hanoi history city half day.

Afternoon activities:

Exploring the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.

The rest of time is having 1 hour on cyclo “three-pedals” rider through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as the ‘36 streets’. This area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Here is the great chance to explore with plenty of photo shooting.

End your day trip by enjoying a Water Puppet show at theater near Hoan Kiem Lake. This is a uniquely northern Vietnamese art which express the scenes from rural life. Have dinner at restaurant.

Evening activities:

You are free to walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Town for shopping, enjoying local street foods. Overnight in Hanoi.

Morning activities:

Have breakfast and then our guide and driver will pick up you at your hotel. Protected as UNESCO’s heritage, Trang An just has so much to offer. Spend at least two hours here before moving to any other place.

A sampan boat ride will take you through magnificent limestone islands and islet. This is the part hailed as the ‘Halong Bay on Land’. Along the river, you’ll see beautiful caves, grottoes, hidden temples, floating temple….

This place can be your favorite part in the whole Ninh Binh. Another boat ride in Van Long Nature Reserve will take you to the richest, most pristine wetlands in North Vietnam. As the home of more than 40 species of wild birds, this is the perfect place to watch these wildlife.

Afternoon activities:

You continue your trip by visiting handicraft village in Ninh Binh with Van Lam Embroidery Village to get more traditional craft here. Then get back the homestay

Evening activities:

After visiting, you should return to Hanoi. At about between 7pm to 10pm that night, a night train will depart from the capital to Lao Cai. Let try to rest a bit.

Optional choice: You can choose travel to Sapa by limouse shuttle bus or private car on highway Hanoi – Lao Cai and start tour next morning instead of night train. The time spends on car 4.5 hours each way so it has real 1 day for trek in Sapa only

Morning activities:

You’re going to arrive in Lao Cai train station and our guide and driver would be there to welcome you to travel to Sapa town and guess what? You will have full day trek through the village of H’Mong, Dao, Zay minority groups at Lao Chai & Ta Van. And it’s going to be incredible!

Feel free to trek through awesome road along rice terrace fields and passing through the villages with soil and land roads to reach Lao Chai village and continue to Ta Van village.

Afternoon activities:

Have some fun while meeting and talking to local minority people en route. Home stay at stilt house of hill tribe family in Ta Van village, get more their culture and customs. Also, you will just love to enjoy their night life and share experience with them.

Finally, have some dinner with the family and taste their local foods. Overnight in Ta Van village.

Morning activities:

Get up early in the morning to enjoy the daily life of the ethnic minorities in the village. Breakfast at the family in Ta Van village.

And then depart for the Silver Waterfall. The Silver Waterfall is located about a half hour from Sapa town which offers stunning views over surrounding mountains and lush forests belonging to Hoang Lien National Park. We are advised to stop by a farm for a cup of tea and talk with people to understand their local life. Have lunch at local restaurant

Afternoon & evening activities:

Visit Cat Cat village- the most beautiful village in Vietnam and Ham Rong — The poetic scenery. Located in San Tu Ho commune, Sapa District, Lao Cai Province, where crowded H’Mong people live. This is one of the top names of the most worthwhile places to visit when traveling to Sapa.

Continue to explore Ham Rong Mountain is like a huge rolling dragon heading towards the west of Hoang Lien Son Range. The top of the mountain is cleverly arranged by Mother Nature with random colorless rock blocks and born a vivid image. Take night train to Hanoi. Overnight on train.

Morning activities:

Arrive back Hanoi Railway at 5.30 am you are welcomed by guide and driver to a massage restaurant for having 75 minutes massage for refresh yourself after a night on train. Have breakfast at massage restaurant

Travel out Hanoi’s Old Quarter area around 8:00 am on a private car or arrange by yourself) to Halong Bay. It takes 3,5 hours to reach Halong Bay. Embark at Hon Gai International harbor at noon time.

Afternoon activities:

Make check-in Majestic Cruise (2 cabins or 4 cabins) for private or share with some people.

Afternoon & evening activities:

Majestic Halong Cruise is landing Halong Bay harbor. Say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise. Return to Hanoi by shuttle bus.

Stopover in Hai Duong province to visit a ceramics workshop. Arrive in Hanoi. Check in hotel. Evening is your free time to experience around Hanoi city as your own way. Free to have your own dinner. Overnight at hotel.
