Me Cung Cave is located at an altitude of 25m on Lom Bo Island, about 2 km southwest of Ti-top Island. From afar, the cave entrance looks like a roof that goes deep into the island’s slope. Me Cung Cave has a complex structure with many levels and compartments. The niches spread out within the rock roof with corridors longer than 100m. They gradually rise to the west and look down on a small lake called Me Cung Lake.
5.14 Trong Cave and Trinh Nu Cave
Located on two wings of a small mountain arc east of Bo Hon Island range. More than 3 km from Sung Sot Cave by sea to the southeast. The two caves are 700-800m apart across a small sea bay. The cave entrances face different directions. If you shout loudly from one cave, you can hear it from the other cave.
These two caves not only have many stalactites and beautiful scenery. They also attract tourists because of a very touching legend. In one cave, there is a horizontal rock that looks like a girl lying with her hair spread out and reaching out to the sea, so it is called Virgin Cave. The other cave has a very tall stalactite column that looks like a giant boy standing and looking out to sea. Fishermen say that on rainy and windy days, passing by here, they hear the sound of the wind hitting the cliff like a drum, so they call this cave Drum Cave.
