Cuc Phuong National Park tour from Hanoi

Morning activities

At 7.30 our guide and driver pick you up at your hotel: ………. In Hanoi and transfer you to depart for Cuc Phuong National Park (42 km) is home to 2,000 species of flora, 1,800 species of insect, 320 species of bird, 70 species of mammal, etc.

Option 1: Visit The national park and then car transfer to Khanh village

First you visit to the Primate Rescue Centre, which is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, breeding, research and conservation of the endangered primates of Vietnam.

From here we drive further to the centre of the national park where we start our real jungle trek through the national park.

Have lunch at restaurant in Park Centre.

Afternoon activities

You continue to visit the Cave of Early Man. It’s over 700 years. En route is the chance for you to admire the primary forest with 1000 years Old Tree which many people cover and huge it

After that our driver transfer you to Khanh Village right in National Park of minority people group. Check in homestay.

Option 2: Full day trek 12km through the jungle to reach Khanh village (This is hard trek and have extra charge)
When you reach Cuc Phuong National Park centre around 10.00 am. You will start to have full day trek through the jungle to reach Khanh Village.
After 6-hr trek with lots of descents and ascents on jungle trails we make the last climb downhill to a peaceful valley and reach the village of Khanh, home to Muong ethnic minority.

We will have dinner with the family and spend our night with a family in their traditional house-on-stilt.

Morning activities

After breakfast we say farewell to the hosts. Then we transfer to Thung Nang, which is known as the Halong bay on land. This really is a spectacular region of limestone mountains, rice fields and river. Thung Nang is a unspoiled area in Ninh Binh. It’s not touristy like Tam Coc or Trang An. So it’s a great idea for who like less travelled route in Ninh Binh.

The scene is just as magnificent As the renowned World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. The distinction the mountains are on the rice fields. We’ll take a boat trip to explore the beauty of the view.

Afternoon activities

After enjoy the wonderful view of Thung Nang area we go to local restaurant for lunch. Here you will have chance to taste Ninh Binh specialist as goat meat. In the mid-day we head back to Hanoi. Our Cuc Phuong National Park tour 2 days arrive in Hanoi around 6 pm.
