Mau Son Tour

Morning activities:

Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Ha noi around 8:00 am. Say goodbye the bustling city of Ha Noi for the beauty of Mau Son Mountain. We pass clusters of limestone as we head out north-east prior to leaving the main road have lunch at local restaurant before climb up to the peak of Mau Son mountain.

Afternoon activities:

Visit an old French hill station, Mau Son was ravaged during warfare with the Chinese and the buildings have recently been rebuilt in traditional fashion. A winding road leads us to the summit and at over 1,500 meters altitude we all enjoy fantastic views out.

You are a photographer? Do you like sunsets? If yes. It’s a very great time to see the sunset from Mau Son Mountain. Before enjoy local cuisine for dinner

Evening is free time. Overnight at Mau Son Hotel.

Morning activities:

Enjoy breafast at hotel after some photo shoot in the morning. Then Walking around Mau Son, trekking to some Dao villages on the way down the mountain such as Khuoi Cang, Khuoi Cap. We will have chance to meet and talk with Dao people. It’s good time to know about Dao culture and daily life from our knowledgable tour guide, Then we keep going to visit, Long Dau stream, Pho Chi Mount and Linh Son. Then we keep going to Lang Son to Visit Tam Thanh and Nhi Thanh cave after lunch.

Afternoon activities:

We will will visit 2 most famous and beautiful caves in Lang Son. They called Tam Thanh and Nhi Thanh. After get inside the cave you will see so many beautiful stalactites and stalactites. Each one has it’s own story and legend. These cave will be very crowded after the lunar new year. Because there are temple inside the cave. So there are so many Vietnamese tourist travel after lunar New Year come to pray for year lucky. Then, you are able to shop at the nearby Dong Kinh market. Easy ride back to Hanoi on the new Highway 1B. We arrive at Hanoi before rush hour, around 4 pm.
