Sapa Mountain Trekking

Fullday Activities:

At 8.00 am our guide and driver welcome you at hotel in Sapa and transfer you to Pho village – 80km from Sapa town. En route is the chance to enjoy the majestic mountain scenery on O Quy Ho Pass. This is one of four great passes in North Vietnam and value to conquer.

You will start your trekking route from the first base camp at 2,422m. On your first stage of trekking is about 700m to 1,000m which has not much challenging. Also, there are some jagged cliffs and some bushy tree en route.

The hundred years old trees roots cover on the ground is as one of the most unique and significant obstacles which make you spend more time while trekking.

When you reach the height of 1,500m you will have chance to see colorful water-rail blooming sparead Pu Ta Leng Mountain road in which make you to enjoy the romantic and majestic forest sceneries.

At this height you can see other mountain peaks such as Bach Moc Luong Tu Peak, Phu Xi Lung peal which also belong to Hoang Lien Son mountain range.

You reach the first base camp at the height 2,422m before it turns dark. Take a relax while our local guide and porters set up tent and make food for dinner. Have dinner and overnight at the tent.

Fullday Activities:

Get up early and enjoy the morning sound among the mountain to fresh yourself before starting a new trekking day.

You can enjoy the sunrise over the mountain when you can have chance to amaze yourself its scenery.

Have breakfast at the tent. Then you collect your luggage and continue your trekking today to the mountain summit.

You will trek about 3 hours and then trek to the hard trekking route and pass through a bamboo forest.

You will reach the mountain summit before noon time, check in to save your moment to reach the summit.

At Pu Ta Leng mountain’s summit at 3049 m you will be proud of yourself after passing hundreds of challengers on the way you conquer its summit. The mountain summit looks like the floating islands with the white clouds. This is the great chance to take the picture on the top and get back to the camp where you spen the second night.

You return the tent to have lunch and have a relax.

You arrange your luggage in the afternoon and trek back the camping tent area for overnight second night.

Enjoy the sunset over the mountain and have cloudy shooting on the mountain range. Our guide and porter prepare dinner and have dinner on tent. Overnight at camping tent.

Morning Activities:

Get up early and enjoy the sunset over the mountain for shooting of nice photo. Have breakfast at the camp and then you start to collect your luggage for the journey trek down the mountain. You will hike down the hill to Ta Leng Village. On the way you trek back the route is long, however, it is beautiful for enjoy the tall ancient trees on the mossy forest and majestic mountain. Along the trekking route you also have time to stop and relax to keep health good,

Afternoon & Evening Activities:

You reach back Sapa town in the afternoon.

The rest of time you can spend your time to relax after a long trekking trip.
Suggestion: You should have a Red Dao bathing massage – a special bath product od Red Dao minority people in cover health and bones (The fee you pay by yourself).

If you take night train Lao Cai – Hanoi, our driver will transfer you to Lao Cai train station for taking night train leave at 20.30.
